Corrin: Well my dad was an ancient dragon who decided to rip the good part of his soul and then fell in love with my mother and had me. Unfortunately my game requires conflict so now I had to choose which kingdom i would side and neither of those royal family are blood related to me.
Elected, after Robin was born. I also get the feeling that FEW Robin isn't completely aware of his heritage for whatever weird reason...

Dang Female Corrin's voice just sounds so....normal lmbo but not in a bad way! Like most voices for fictional characters sound obviously fake, but Female Corrin's voice sounds like some girl I could randomly meet at school or something xD It's weird but refreshing. Even Female Robin's voice sounds more like royalty than Female Corrin's
The conversation between the two Main Characters of the two games is quite a terrifying prospect.
I like how it goes. At first they talk about choices that Corrin has to take, then Robin tells that he/she forges his/her own path. It wasn't until Revelations that Corrin decided to forge his/her own path, so if you think about it, Revelations can be said as taking Robin's experience. :)

I feel that female Corrin and Male robin are closest to canon
I'd say that in terms of their personalities, Female Corrin and Male Robin are most popular among the fans. And honestly, Corrin's personality and overall character (as poorly implemented as it was in Fates along with a LOT of other storytelling aspects) does objectively feel a bit more feminine overall. Robin could honestly fit both ways, but I personally like having Robin as a male, if only to even out the MC genders between herself and Robin.

I definitely liked the metaness of this support, but my favorite part of it is how well it ties together the themes of Awakening and Fates; that being destiny and choice. Both play a part in how we choose to live our lives, and is nice to see the support acknowledge that they're equally important. It's also nice to see that Robin and Corrin can both learn something from each other. My favorite type of supports are ones where both characters involved benefit, rather than just one soaking up all the potency.

For me it's male for Corrin and female for Robin, the only thing I have a bit of a problem here with warriors is that male Corrin is a Hoshidan Noble rather than a Nohr Noble. Hopefully they make a skin for male Corrin to be a Nohr Noble in future DLC.

There should have been a game before Fates that builds up what happens...in fates, It would have been more impactful. The potential is there but the game breaks the immersion, I don't care about anyone when I picked a side because I don't know who you people are, and if I decide to pick a different side....different from the game that I bought then I have to pay $20 to unlock that side. You literally picking a side based off of who has the hottest chicks, who's game is the easiest/hardest, or who do I hate the most. There's technically 4 paths.
1: You side with the game you bought, which people were confused about because one side was easy by default and the other one was harder
2: You pay for the opposite side
3: You pay to choose neither
4: Or you don't buy the games at all.
And the woman that I wanted to marry is behind a paywall, which I was completely joking about when I said I will pay money to marry and use Anna, because the Anna and Morgan Duo were completely overpowered in Awakening for me.

I like how this shows the difference in there games, Fates is about having a choice, Blood, Loyalty, or Rejection, and then what comes from that choice, while Awakening was defying fate and simply doing everything you can to get what you want, a happy ending.
I can't believe it took me until this conversation to realize how funny it is Awakening has all this talk about fate and how it can't be undone while Fates makes it all about the choices you make (even though it's just one where you chose between Birthright, Conquest and Revelations, and you gotta pay for all that).
See what happens when you put two avatar characters in the same room? They gain self awareness. Great job devs, great job.

Fire Emblem has said that Robin and Corrin share an "Aura" or something like that (because they're player characters probably hinting that all players are reincarnations of each other) Robin has also been said to be connected to both Marth and Kiran, and Kiran is told to have a similar aura to Marth, who says something like, "I feel like I've known you my whole life" (I'll have to check that one) Robin is also said to be connected to Mark. So... Corrin is Marth? My head hurts.

You've got it all wrong, buddy. Back in Awakening, in some DLC chapters, Katarina and Lyn in their respective chapters, hint for Robin to be a reincarnation of Kriss and Mark respectively, saying Robin really reminds them of Kriss/Mark. Then in Fates, Rhajat insinuates in her S support that both she and Corrin are reincarnations of Tharja and Robin. Finally, they do the same thing with Kiran in Heroes with the four previous avatars.
