Well spotted! Yes we had a malfunction on the thrust reversers (T/R), which was rectified immediately after the flight. The T/R's are - as you can imagine - very well protected against an inadvertently deployment in flight. A lot of safety features are built in. The T/R's did not deploy in time, but this is not a problem, because all landing distance numbers are calculated without the use of thrust reverses. Happy Landings, Guido
One of the things I always enjoy about your videos is the CRM and interactions between you and your FOs. Always relaxed, yet very professional and duties are obviously clearly defined. I'm betting your coworkers are always happy to know they'll be flying with you.
Best crew coordination that I've seen - totally professionally done! I was impressed with the PNF; she was on top of everything! And, you sir are to be congratulated for your flying and cockpit management skills. Many thanks.
Guido, I have become addicted to your videos! Thank you for talking and captioning your procedures.. You may have gotten me off the couch to get my instruument rating...
I once made that same approach into Smyrna while accompanying a non-instrument pilot to St. Louis. He was not my student but I offered to go along under my ticket just for the fun of it. Weather there was fairly clear but his wife in back would not shut up. I even mentioned "sterile cockpit" and quiet during the approach. Nope. I had to get him to say something to her. On into a snowy St. Louis, visibility was low on that ILS and she was talking again. I love the isolation switch!
FABULOUS VIDEO! These types of videos put nervous fliers at ease when it comes to flying, landing in adverse WX conditions! Thank you for posting and that F/O has an adorable voice!!!! :)

Calm, cool, professional. When I'm stressed, watching you operate lowers my blood pressure. Amazing. Thanks for the great videos.
It is so rare that there is excellence these days. Well done Guido. You know that the people you mentor will not ever forget you.

I always like to train like we fly and to fly like we train.
That enhances safety.
