@@markhutton172 That one is very old now and is also completely untrue. Most people in Blackpool itself don't support Blackpool so why would they in Fleetwood? Both towns full of Manchester United and Liverpool 'fans' like anywhere else, and then a number of people from Lancashire and Yorkshire mill towns that support their 'hometown' clubs.

@@tonyspyrou2450 Chelsea had the best(worst) mob in the country from late 70's right through the 80's, and created a great atmosphere away. But in recent years far too many corporates and tourists getting hold of away tickets effectively diluting the atmosphere. Not advocating going back to hooligan days but the modern game has definitely lost something.

Funny thing is that there’s 5 primary schools and 2 high schools in fleetwood. That’s a total of 7 schools in fleetwood so yeh there is a lot of schools in this “ little “ town.
