- I love Rimworld. But take away all the glittertech, spacer stuff and industrial parts. What are you left with? A world stuck in the Medieval age. Which is pretty dang sweet bubba. No sci-fi, AI, gun play, mechanoids, xenotypes, royalty, ideology, sanguophages. Just good old fashioned survival against the elements and horrible beasts that roam these lands. Did I mention that one of my colonists is an IED? Grab the medicine boys because we gotta last 100 days with this psychopath! Oh and everyone else is Gay... Because why not?!

It's rough... it's difficult... and goddamnit is it hard... but someone's gotta do it
Since making this i have bought royalty and biotech. So more to come. Ideology maybe... maaaaaybe... is ideology worth it?
For me, biotech is worth, ideology has some stuff that is good but overall is a little overwhelming, it kinda ruins the feel of the game for me so I play without it. I am unsure how popular my opinion is though, but there's my two cents. Also, I adore your videos, please never change.
I love RimWorld, I've got all DLC's and I must say that Biotech is my favorite, second Royalty and third Ideology. I think they are all worth it if you enjoy RimWorld and with Ideology, it is really easy and fun to create a cult of well, whatever and have feasts and sacrifices... Just saying!
With just biotech and royalty theres a ton to catch up on 😂 ideology looks like a shit ton. Especially because you know im using mods. And goddamn the mods add even more.

What I've seen with ideology you can turn your colony into a religious group, a cult or a gang of psychotic killers which seems fun... You can basically make the cult of the dark lord you just gotta make the right ideology choices and make a goat the holy animal or whatever the f it's called in rimworld 😂

Getting mods to work without the paid dlcs is a feat in itself. Wow
😂 i still got a ton of error codes for what its worth haha. And not even sure every mod i added worked right... but at least some worked enough haha
You may be a variety content creator, but this is the most entertaining video on Rimworld I have ever seen and I would like to see more from you!

Quick tip about arresting your own colonists; you don't need to break their resistance, you can just immediately re-release them back into your colony.

Yes, I think the one I'm using is EDB prepare carefully? but that might be just the scenario... Can't remember. But there are a few different mods that allow you to customize your start.
