Do racket manufacturers have a preferred period for new racket release (like phone manufacturers for example) ?
What would be a good hybrid string tension for this racquet?

I would say a 5-10 percent higher because of the power but it really depends.
which head racquet replaced the Instinct MP Graphine 100? I think it was 2015 model. It didn't get very good reviews, but I really like it. I added weight to the head 3 and 9. I'm wondering how they improved it, or if they did
Instinct line is discontinued. They have the boom line now, so you might want to check out the Boom MP.
I have 2015 graphene xt instinct mp. It's a very underrated racquet. Playing with it today. I had it weighted up at 3 and 9 like you, but found better consistency in stock form, no weight. Also, look at 2015 Babolat Pure Drive. If you like yours weighted up, go for the 2015 pure drive tour version (no weight required). Great feel for both 2015 pure drives. Good power. Good spin. Easy to swing. Heads are 100sq inches, but feel bigger with huge sweet spot, plus buying used on eBay, the prices are right.

@@ReidVV I have a couple pure drives also. I never felt good with them. To me , they are like playing with a 2×12. It's interesting, because the pure drive is about the same weight, but not maneuverable
@@ReidVV I think it's underrated also. Very easy to move, power is fine. I can strike it harder than the PD (2012 and 2020) without worry, more spin too.
I'm just wondering how it could be improved? Its pretty nice as is. I'm waiting to try a vcore 100 280. I know a couple of advanced players that like that better.....former head players.

MP and Tour are still active, Pro is discontinued. Tour is pretty much the same racquet as previous version plus Auxetic, which some people claim improves stability a bit (but might be placebo). MP is more different than the previous version as it has a tighter string pattern which looses a bit of spin and power for a bit more control.

The racket line is the EXTREME for crying out loud. Not the Soy boy.
Head are truly making some of the ugliest most dislikeable tennis racquets in the game, they look and feel terrible
