I don't like how companies will almost all the time try and push the blame off on the shipping if there is damage or whatever. Also I agree the bike needs a better display and I think the QC should have been better to make sure there was no issue with the brakes when you go the bike. The fender was in place when shipped and the rear tire was mounted. I don't understand why the fender wasn't mounted before shipping. My e-bike has a similar fender and it was installed when I got it.
