Hi Becky, I too missed your videos😊, you must be very busy these days. It must be hard to get ideas to show us but you know it’s your lifestyle and I love it. Could show how you interact with your animals and their quirky ways. Lovely to see you again. Here from London ❤
My lifestyle is pretty much opposite from the super fast pace going on. My lifestyle pace is in tune with nature, which is a beautiful, healthy, fun pace☀️❤️☀️
I had the same. Just all of a sudden your video popped in my feed. I realized although I was subscribed, I didn't have the all checked off. Just took care of that. 😊
Yay Becky! Yep we repurpose tons of stuff. Once we built a whole fence line from repurposed sucker rods from wells. Just weld em to pipes set in cement.
So great to see a new video! Love your comment about how using things we already have to help create new things gives it more character and charm. My daughter and I had a conversation about this recently and you are spot on. :) Hope your day is amazing! ☀🌈🐾
Hi! Greetings from Sweden!🇸🇪 Love, that you are using old stuff in your garden that is my thing also...the garden must cost as little as possible and still produce a lot.
I speculate that you're going to build a horseshoe wraparound porch on that fine cabin with the front and back completely covered and the end somewhat open top like..pergola style maybe🤔 for outdoor grilling! 💕
😉so so great to see you posting again. I have been making your pumpkin pie this week love it!! Hope you keep up good love all you do blessings to u and family😊 6:27
you could try marinate eggplants chutney in glass jars for winter... chopped, pureed eggplants by blender, tomatoes without seedlings chopped by blender too, carrots can be grated by larger grater, onions, garlic, salt, vinegar, sugar, red paprika or any colour chopped by blender too... extra virgin olive oil... cook about 45 min... and pour into glass jars that been sterilised in oven or cooked in boiled water for 5mins and lids sterilised too... that way chutney stays till end of springtime and for all winter... look for proportions of salt & vinegar as you like it... in my country we keep home made jams, chutneys, compote, marinated guerkins & sauer kraut pots, buckets & about200-300kg potatoes, 100kg carrots, 150 kg red beetroot - in a root dungeon built underground with wooden shelves... its just 4metres large & for metres long and 3 metres deep pit in the ground made walls of bricks around and 2 metres tall over the ground with roof that have sealed, insulated attic, doors to enter root cellar and long leader to downstairs or just made stairs of metal, cement... and 1 small window covered from direct sunlight but used in summer to ventilate root cellar & dry it when empty... root cellar has no flooring is just soil, ground to regulate humidity of root cellar for potatoes, carrots, beetroot... we digg carrots in wooden boxes filled, layered with sand to not dry... for extra chilly winters - 20Celsius degrees we cover potatoes for night with old duvets not to chill... Blessings🙏🙌🇬🇧
Scott is here. He brought up the idea of us both selling our smaller properties and buying one larger property for more solitude and privacy. I said show me a better place, and here we are☀️❤️😢

Um no, I want to build a lodge type porch where the roof line stays the same over the porch. Better light and view from inside☀️❤️☀️

Use It Up, Wear It Out, Make it Do, or Do Without
That is a good one, but I do buy stuff when I really need it
☀️❤️☀️
@@BeckysHomestead 😀 I agree. I don't do without either. Sometimes I have to buy.

lack grounded pepper or chilli add to chutney too...
Is it any chance you can tell us how you are and why this long absence? Thank you.
