  • @harrylou90
    @harrylou90 Před rokem

    So I can do this job with just a 1/2" drive ratchet, 17mm and 19mm sockets?? I have a 24 inch breaker bar too.. maybe get a decent pry bar to move the engine forward on that rear mount? The instructions say I need a 17mm wrench??

    • @TeamProjech.h
      @TeamProjech.h  Před rokem

      You can, but I believe the wrench is used just for clearance issues.

      @@TeamProjech.h hey man really appreciate the fast ass reply on a 3 year old video. Think I'm gonna get a set of these and install this weekend, just trying to make sure I have all the stuff I'll need since I don't have the biggest tool set lol. Seems pretty straight forward though. Just wasn't sure if I really needed a 17mm wrench or could just use another socket lol. Doesn't look like I'll need deep well sockets or anything.
      Do you still run these or do you not have the car anymore man?? Any thoughts? Thanks again bro 🙏

    • @TeamProjech.h
      @TeamProjech.h  Před rokem

      @@harrylou90 no problem! Here to help! I know if you use a smaller ratchet and socket you might be able to get on those areas that have clearance issues for like bigger tools like myself I got some big hands lol and Yes my si has been on these mounts and I love them! To this day! We run Boomba Racing on all our Vehicles whenever is applicable! Still

      @TeamProjech.h nice, looking forward to seeing how the boomba mounts will change the car! Hopefully it'll go as smooth as it looks in this video for me!
