Most of the homes shown are located along the Intracoastal Waterway and/or Oceanfront between Jupiter Island and Manalapan. Driving along A1A between Palm Beach and, say, Boca Raton, one sees so many multi-million dollar homes that it feels almost mundane. Of course, the aerial perspective from 100 ft above the road offers a much better view of the splendor of these estates.

Note: The estimates are from Zillow.com as of May 2017. In some cases their satellite imagery is not recent enough to show the current buildings. Many of these mega-mansions are not lived in. Buyers of $30M homes are pretty discerning. Some objects may be on/off the market for many years and trade only from one realtor to another. Over the last 20 years I have also seen several occasions where the new buyer will demolish the previous home so as to put a more modern design in place.
