I'm from the UK and only heard of the jammie dodgers
Jammie dodgers, obviously. I've seen the Taylors crisps before but fairly new. The rest are not common snacks, more like obscure stuff from gift shops.
Englishman here i have never herd of universal yums
The first crisps I have never herd of in fact 50% of the products u have I personally have never herd of
Great video but as a 53 year old English man, I've never seen any of them things in our stores except jammy dodgers. You are not the first people to receive from that company and receive snacks that are not typical English snacks. I've never tasted any of them except jammy dodgers. I'm sad for you that the company has sent you bad snacks. :(
@@adrianbrown8887 ugh it’s so sad to hear that they aren’t genuine. I guess it’s still nice to receive things I’ve never had before..I wonder how future countries will compare
Kent Crisps are regional crisps in the south east my local supermarket sells them
I’m English and had all of these foods.
I’m form the uk and only heard of the jammy dodgers (I can’t stand them)..maybe the other things are from”posher”shop s or those garden shops that have farm shops attached..xoxoox
It’s really sad that they have sent you uk snacks that 90% of them are not popular and personally I’ve never in my life seen any of them apart from jammy dodgers, and even those are not great. I would try and find a different company and see how you get on. You won’t be dissatisfied with our popular ones I’m sure 😊
I’m from the uk and have only seen Jammy dodgers 😂😂
@@naomilouise4930 omg hahaha. I watch Zoe Sugg a lot and I’ve seen her get millions and the Bon bons from the pick a mix! Where are you from in the UK? 🫶🏻
@@Juliaspagnoliayup I agree these brands, if not the general items, are not commonplace here…. Jammie dodgers is the only brand you could easily find in a British supermarket.
@@djs98blue that’s so interesting! I have never had anything from this so it was still fun to taste! But as the UK is on my bucket list id love to see what’s actually available one day!
rhubarb is a swamp/marsh/bog/wetlands plant. it needs very oversaturated soil to survive, needs to eb wet alot so louisiana or florida would be good places to grow it or anywhere with poor draining soil and a damp environment
@@cyberash3000 great information! Thank you for sharing! It was such a good sweet
@@Juliaspagnolia we have the rhubarb triangle in the uk, where it grows best, it also grows wild around lancashire as lancashire west lancashire i mean, is just a cold version fo fflorida its a big reclaimed mostly, swamp
@@cyberash3000 I’m getting such cool Info from everyone here! Is Rubarb root ever consumed alone? Or just in flavored things?
@@Juliaspagnolia It's actually the stem of the plant that is eaten.
@@AndrewwarrenAndrew I wanna try it
Hello from devon julia lol u are welcome here anytime 😂
Need a cup of tea with the jammies dodgers.
Love the video! Jesus loves you, God bless y’all 🩷
Watching from Devon in the UK! 🇬🇧 people are mad on fudge here! ❤
@@kateking1980 love to hear it! It was so good! ❤️
Only JAMMY DODGERS are an English staple from this selection🥴🥴🥴🥴 maybe choose another company for a uk goods box!
Actually Jammie dodgers are from Wales not England to different places btw and most of those not all you'll find in all parts of the UK and not just England. They are from Britain as a hole and not only in England. Britain is Scotland, Wales and England, add northern Ireland and you have the UK. 🏴
From the Uk and the only brand i know there is jammy dodgers lol i was expecting more iconic stuff, oh well
@@emmacollins8403ugh I know I’m so sad that everyone is saying this isn’t try to the UK 😞 I’m REALLLLY looking forward to one day traveling there to recreate this video! Still fun to try new snacks. Thanks for watching ! 🫶🏻
It us not Glowchester it is pronounced GLOSTER even if is spelt GLOUCESTER
I get the impression the box company has bought the cheapest versions of items on sale for mass distribution, to save money. Most of these are not the brands people eat in the UK (I've not heard of most of them). They might be okay, but it's a bit of a shame for the people paying for the boxes as I guess it's not as "authentic" a UK experience as it could be.
@@russjoneswrites makes total sense!
That’s mad, Kent chips is my family run business down in Canterbury in Kent England, I’m genuinely happy you love ke our crisps much love
@@COD576 NO WAY! We are so nervous for them but they are GOOD! I’m gonna need some more 🤣
All the Kent Crisps are lush, I’ve tried all of the apart from the smoked chipotle chilli, but do miss the beef and spitfire ale ones.
@@Juliaspagnoliathe lamb crisps are not vegetarian, they have lamb extract on them, if you still have the pack read the back of it, it gives information about the supplier of the lamb and the front has a picture of Romney Marsh which is an area of 100square miles of wetland in the south east of England.
@@johnleonard9090 good thing I’m not vegetarian! But good to know for any future consumers! Thanks for the info!!
@@johnleonard9090 smoked chipotle chili sounds AMAZING
Gloucestershire is pronounced glosstershr.
@@vickytaylor9155 I knew I would butcher something 🫣 Thank you!
Gloucester is not pronounced glowcester, more like Gloster
All I can say is that I would never subscribe to these boxes because those snacks do not represent british snacks at all apart from the Jannie Dodgers.
Please please please stop referring to the UK as England.
The UK as a whole consists of four countries:
Scotland
Wales
Northern Ireland
England.
It would be appreciated if you referred to us the UK or at a push British people.
Thank you
The brands you are tasting are not popular in England.. if you ever need direction on this.. I can help x
@@declanreid2938 so interesting! It was still fun to taste new things and I look forward to one day seeing what’s actually available in the UK! ❤️
Yeah I get that.. and to be fair I can’t judge on the things you’ve tried as I have no idea where on earth you got them from.. have you tried cadburys chocolate products? X
@@declanreid2938 we do! But as I’ve seen on CZcams it looks like the Uk may have some more year round, better products. I usually only see Cadbury during Easter time
