They sure did start QT! Isnt it great to finally see? I have been told that Safeway and City Mill have committed so far. I saw the City Mill tent out there on Friday.
Ruby Tuesday, Johnny Rockets, Big City Diner and McDonald's.......there will also be other smaller stores that you would expect in a shopping center like that. Its supposed to be finished in the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2012.

they have finally begun construction, at least the perimeter fencing i believe!
