This houses are nice but not that good. Woh green view me khuch dino me zopadapati dikhegi.All you see is bland houses all over. . I want to buy house and I've a decent budget for big 4 bhk but I'm reconsidering to even staying in india. This price doesn't justify all other hidden issues they will come with. They dont even look livable rather blunt empty fancy spaces.Currently i live in 5k sqft independent.
Overall it is grand and good but the main entrance is wide open to your living space directly once main door is open...No privacy...they could have done better in terms of design...when you are buying such a palatial home you need that privacy....sorry but poor design in my view.
