Sir, the kitchen does not have a direct ventilation, which is weird. Secondly, i am seeing the Pooja room connected to the kitchen for the first time in my life. It would have been better if the kitcheside opening was closed and a door from the drawing room. Thirdly, the open kitchen could have been walled and the wall converted to a mini bar... (just thinking aloud)...

Only location is prime nothing good at all. Overpriced, Majestique is like "Naam bade darshan chote". False commitments by Sales team, poor management, no transparency with customer. I live in hillside 1, lots of issues. Godrej does not build anything themselves but they outsource. So post possession issues takes months to resolve and quality is itself very bad. If you want to check out Godrej issues, just visit society and talk to owner resident.

Don't be fooled by the Drone shots and video. There are no basic amenities in this locality. Roads are pathetic, Drinking water you will have to buy and water for use there are tankers or borewell which is not reliable in Summers. Moreover there are no places near by where you can hangout or go to hotels on weekends. Locality is rural where there is still development happening and which adds up to the unsettled developement or simply fassaad
