EASY CHINESE-STYLE FRIED RICE (Nasi Goreng Cina)

  • Chinese Style Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng Cina) Recipe 😋😋😋

    Ingredients:
    1 bowl of cooked rice (serves 2 pax)
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 large prawns, cleaned and roughly chopped
    (Marinade with little soy sauce and sesame oil)
    100gm minced chicken
    4 cloves of garlic, minced
    Πsize red capsicum, diced
    120gm frozen mix vegetables (desired amount)
    Handful of spring onions, chopped
    White pepper powder
    Sesame oil
    Light soy sauce
    Oil for cooking
    Steps:
    Heat up some oil over medium low flame. Sauté the garlic, prawn, chicken and a dash of pepper powder until fragrant and cooked. Then, add in the capsicum and frozen vegetables. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes and set it aside.
    Now, add some more oil in the same wok and pour in the egg mix. Scramble for a minute or two, then add in the rice and some spring onions. Stir fry.
    Add in the soy sauce, mix well before adding in the sautéed ingredients. Toss everything together. Check for seasoning. Add more crunchy spring onions and turn off the flame. Serve hot!
