I needed to see this. I am starting my internship next month and I know this is what I need to do. I wanted to start a water fast actually, attempted today, and forgot I was still in my cycle so I've decided to start my Daniel's fast tomorrow until day 21. When you speak about the verse you used during your fast, Jeremiah 29:11, are you saying you read that same scripture all day everyday?
I also read the whole book of Daniel and other verses during the day

Hey, I would fast until a certain time and break the fast at the same time each day. I personally didn’t eat during the day until I broke the fast 💕

What all can I eat during Daniels fast

It's basically a raw vegan fast. No salt no sugar no processes food. Only alkaline grains

I was eating a lot of veg and fruit… also things will low carbs in it.

Hey, I wasn’t working thankfully during my fast. Blocking the world out will help significantly but you could do it without doing that ☺️
