Not sure what was going on with that. But you can see (red indicator in the background) that someone else had already requested a stop before she pulls it. The system triggers only on the initial pull, not hold or release, so after that stop request clears it doesn't register a new request until the line is released. So, idk why she pulled it, for the visual I guess, but she timed it to not actually ping the driver.
