The Electro pneumatically operated positive displacement valve is designed for Dispensing constant volume shots of low to medium viscosity material. The valve is cycled by applying air pressure to the airports and controlling the electrical pulse from the solenoid coil in the valve. This valve is designed to avoid any dripping from the nozzle after shutoff action. There is also a provision to adjust the flow of liquid from the nozzle during dispensing operation. Applied material can be cohesive (stringy) materials for faster shut-off) cold glue, Silicon, Epoxy, Paint.
