If I were you use a flap disc on your die grinder to prep the metal ..to weld up better I don’t know your videos like you say all the videos are out of order so I’m not 100% if that’s just surface rust but prepping the metal will help out..keep trying don’t give up 👍
Yeah brother,that's what I started doing. And I think the vids are in order now. Surface rust and rust neutralizer might give it that appearance as well
