  • Is The Mitsubishi Triton GLS The Best 4x2 Triton? [Car Review]
The 2024 Mitsubishi Triton started selling this year in the Philippines, and in this Filipino car review, we take the 2024 Mitsubishi Triton GLS out for a weeklong drive to see if it performs better than before. The 2024 Mitsubishi Triton GLS is the top-spec 4x2 Triton in the Philippines, since we still don't get the 2024 Mitsubishi Triton Athlete 4x2 here in the Philippines. In this video, I got to drive the 2024 Mitsubishi Triton GLS out of the city to see how well it performs on the highway and with a full load of passengers and gear. The 2024 Mitsubishi Triton GLS price is quite affordable for the features and performance you get, making it a solid contender in the midsize pick up truck segment. The 2024 Mitsubishi Triton also replaced the Mitsubishi Strada from before, which now streamlines the naming of the Mitsubishi Strada with the global name of the Mitsubishi Triton.

Among all Triton lineup I prefer to buy the Lower variant GLX where you can save almost 200k and use it for Add On Accessories. Triton is the Best UTE in the market. You can never wrong with Mitsubishi reliability.

I love it but I disagree, GLX is I believe the most pure Triton variant and the best value though the GLS is definitely the better 4x2, no regrets on our GLX in red solid

@@porter4911 maybe because the only difference to GLS is mostly accessories and aesthetics.

Is this better than the Mazda BT-50 4x2?

I'm in agreement with many of the people posting that a GLX 4X4 would be a better buy for the money. Less bells and whistles but more capabilities for the road conditions in the philippines.

The new Toyota Corolla Cross is now the second vehicle in Toyota Philippines lineup to have an all-hybrid lineup after the RAV4 and the fourth model to have "Beyond Zero" carbon neutrality badge.

For little bit more you could get a ranger sport 4x4.

You'll end up spending on Ford's aftermarket, and Ford itself isn't really reliable when it comes to its aftermarket. Goodluck with that 😂

My problem with ranger is it relies heavily on the turbo. But i love the cabin and size of ranger. I hope they give us access to 2.3L T andV6 Turbo just like any market.

The 2.0L Bi-Turbo unit on the Ranger is really really maxed out, not good for long term reliability.

We have a ranger sport 4x4 in our family and i don't like it.. Why? It don't have physical buttons like the Triton as well as 360 camera and other ADAS.. It has a small steering wheel whjch is a bit awkward our Picanto has much larger steering wheel.. The Sport has 168hp/405NM compared to the Triton's 184hp/430Nm..if that GLS has a 4x4..i would go with Triton than the Ranger Sport
