  • Smoked brie cheese with bacon, what is not to love. Brie smoked takes on a lovely creamy gooey texture and it is so good on a tasting board or as an appetiser.
    As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.
