- Bacon wrapped sausages with cheese stuffed in them is a mouthful for a recipe, so let’s call these Boss Dogs. Bacon makes anything taste better and these are no exception.
These are easy to make but packed full of flavour and will make your next BBQ a big hit when everyone starts filling their faces with these tasty hand held torpedoes of excitement.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

6 slices of bacon
6 cheese sticks
2 teaspoons of BBQ rub
6 hotdog buns
2 brown onions
Ketchup
Mustard
Butter

Charcoal basket
Chimney starter
Briquettes
Feeds: 6

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time and temp : 45 minutes at 135c (275f)
Rest Time: N / A
