From the first video i liked the whole mechanic of the game and also loving the art of the cards..me and my friend have the boltyn and prism decks already.

A friend of mine wanted to start playing a TCG and brought up Flesh and Blood. I had never heard of it before and starting looking up information about the game. I was looking at how to start getting into the game, and it will probably be through blitz decks! Something I really like about this game is the card redraw mechanic (the intelect/intelligence of your hero). Can't wait to start playing!
I like how FaB focuses on the heroes. It’s cool how it feels like a duel between the two of them, and not just throwing out tons of creatures/monsters to fight each other.
Heya I'm new to FaB, I was drawn in by the Professor's videos and so I went down the CZcams rabbit hole and saw some of your videos on blitz decks and what would be easier for new players. FaB really interests me because of how it keeps the energy up on every turn and has me always making interesting choices. I very rarely feel like I'm just waiting to top deck a card to keep playing which is such a fresh feeling coming from MTG/MTG like games. My local game store only had Tales of Aria so I got Briar and Oldhim as per your suggestion and had a bunch of fun learning with a buddy. I'm a big fan of Briar and her combo chains but would love to explore other blitz decks as well. I'm disabled so finances are a bit tight but I'm looking forward to picking up Dromai vs Fai as they both look like a lot of fun. Then eventually getting the original blitz decks and maybe someday even the classic battle. Your content has been a wonderful way to explore FaB and better understand its depth, so thank you for all that you put out! :)
Nothing really special about me but I had a group of like 4-5 people who played MTG for more than a year and especially me and one friend who was always hyped, now, with all the prices going insanely high in MTG and the products are controversial, everyone backed off from TCG except me and that friend. After watching proffessor we decided lets try this game, flesh and blood and we went to local game store and after telling that we want to try they instantly gave us free Ira decks so we going to play for the first time on friday! Those blitz packs would be insane for us because we would share them to try together different heroes and later we would have all of them on our own because we think this game will be what we are looking for! I bought three booster packs of welcome to rathe just to see what this game was all about, the art is amazing and excitement I felt was like nothing else. I've since bought some bulk rares and persuaded a local lgs to try out a FAB night all I have to do now is try to build some usable decks. I think this is the start of an obsession...

The most interesting thing about FAB is how the battle chain is played out, also the changing of weapons and armor depending on how you want to build you decks.

I'm American game just dropped in Brazil where i live. We got most all sets at once... Picked up Oldhim and Levia decks.. Doubt singles are coming out easily here so i think I'll stick with sets for heroes in interested in. I would love more to get started!!! I'll gladly pay the shipping. Going to my first tournament here Saturday with a couple friends so excited....
The philosophy of FaB - namely that the game is intended to be played with others and foster communities is what appeals the most to me. I recently visited a LGS to inquire if they had FaB (they didn't), and was informed by the owner that they were closing down for good soon. Nevertheless, he ended up giving me a free MTG pack and sat down with me to explain what lands/mana/rarities were, all while detailing the different folks who would stop by to chat and share their passion for TCGs. I have to admit that I was enchanted by the encounter and briefly considered pursuing MTG, although FaB still remains my primary curiosity (this is my first foray into TCGs) -especially after seeing MTG's prices! Receiving the blitz decks would mean that I wouldn't have to commute an hour and a half to the nearest LGS store just to take a closer look at the cards and determine whether I'd be interested in purchasing them. It'd also be a great incentive for me to check out a proper TCG event for the first time!
My friends and I used to get together every weekend for friday night magic. One of them discovered this game last week and we are all very excited to renew the tradition! Your channel has been of great help in learning mechanics. Thank you.

I started playing FaB when Monarch came out via the Prism and Levia precons. Loved the game from the get go and started maining Prism ever since. Crazy to think that was over a year ago now. I love this game
I just now graduated from fire academy and EMT school and now have a lot of time to sink my teeth into something and flesh and blood has always peeked my interest because of how competitive I've heard it is and the game mechanics sound super interesting so watching this video has been super helpful thank you!
The Prof's video drew me in as well. The ability to switch up your gear for each game looks interesting. I'm not sure which hero I want to use, though... I'd like to try out a few different options.
Just started playing today, met a bunch of new friends at a LGS and they were excited about Dynasty's release so they taught me how to play, I bought a bunch of Dynasty packs and cracked a cold foil Emperor, so I'm excited to build an Emperor blitz deck as my first deck! The great art and the warmth of excited players drew me in ^_^
I just started getting into FaB last week. I bought Boltyn and Prism from my local game store and ordered Briar online. What attracted me to the game was the artwork and me and a friend of mine are looking for an alternative to Magic. FaB looked like a inexpensive game to go with, so we jumped in. We are playing it for the first time this Saturday, and if all goes well I'm planning to buy a box of Tales of Aria and the other 2 blitz decks. That set looks like it's right up my alley.
I'm a long time magic player and learned about the game recently through tolarian community college. Ever since learning the rules I've been excited to explore the game on account of its many interesting and fresh mechanics. the three versions of each named Idea in particular really let's me feel like I'm presented with a wide variety of deck building options.
I've been playing magic for just over a year now, and I honestly think it's amazing, but I have been looking into FaB for a little bit now and just researching stuff about it. I love the art and everything.
Just looking at getting into the game with my son: were veterans of mtg, pokemon, ygo and the oh so classic Star Wars TCG from decipher. Something about focusing on a single hero's battle really brings things into focus compared to mtg's feeling of two wizards on separate cliff faces, casting creatures in a valley. Excited to get into something new that is still in its infancy.
I'm a long time MTG player but since stopped a couple of years ago. I have a playgroup I'm trying to persuade to go back to playing cardgames (trying to get them to play One Piece). Then I discovered this last week and I think this is more up their alley as they are big D&D fans. =) Hope we could win your precon decks so we can start playing and teaching each other about the game's wife variety of heroes and classes.
I honestly just heard about flesh and blood today by accidentally clicking on a video the prof did building a deck and I've watched 6 hours worth of videos on the game since then, haha. Called my lgs and they've got an event on tonight which I'll probably take my sons to and check it out!! I would love those decks you're offering if you haven't already given them away to someone!!
So glad you made this video me and my group just started talking about playing however we have to wait for our lgs to get some in. So needless to say we don't even have cards yet just watching for videos until we can even play lol
I just ordered the starter deck for my wife and I. This video is exactly what we were looking for. We both love playing and collecting. We were pretty into Magic but the 30th anniversary announcement turned us both off. The direction of magic has turned us off for a while. Listening to a video of the creator also brought back my nostalgia of what I was missing. I loved his passion.
Awesome video man, I'm from brazil and I was used to play as kid MTG and now that I want to get back to card games I feel like its a bit overwhelming, so I was talking to my friend that I was used to play as a kid and he told me about FAB and that's how I ended up here. The only bad thing I don't have a lot friends here in the U.S that I can play with, maybe I can get my wife into it lol, if not maybe I'll just collect it. Its fun to collect cards plus the prices here are way more affordable than some other countries. Anyway I loved the video, you just got yourself a subscribe and a discord member!! I saw the how to play videos from you and the professor and I thought it looked pretty cool. Theres an LGS right next to my university and I was able to play a demo game there right after class. The game came down to both of us having 1 HP, but luckily the timing was on my side. The whole thing felt really fun though! The interactivity and decision making even when it's not your turn is super engaging and being able to come in with a loadout is interesting to me. Also the way that the studio treats local game stores makes me happy

With a decade of magic experience I’ll say beforehand. What interests me most about this game, is the first time I saw a game being played, I could feel the flavor. I felt as if two generals were meeting amongst the battlefield. And it was their last stand. Towards the end of the first battle, I felt the will to live, and to win. Truly fascinating to watch develop and pick up.
I’ve enjoyed the game so much in the last 3 weeks since learning it, I’ve gotten my cousin, son, and girlfriend into it. I looked forward to more content man!
I got interested in Flesh and Blood just based on the name standing out, and then when I learned more the idea of equipping a hero and building the deck around them really draws me in, I'm looking to get my first deck and that's what made me click this video
Hi, I got intrested in FaB around two weeks ago when I found it by chance looking for a board game to play with my younger brother. After I studied it a bit I got two decks one for me and one for my bro, now we got his GF to play it too, and are going to introduce it to our uncle and MtG group. Just wanted to say thanks too you and the other FaB content creaters out there, these videos Helped me out on deciding to play this amazing game. Oh, and what got me intested personally is the combat chain mechanic, as well as the battle that I can visualize in my head when I play it. Kinda like action movies and marital arts films in my mind’s eye😂. Anyway thanks again!😊
I live in Aotearoa / New Zealand and completely new to card games. After a few days of searching which of the big 3 I might begin learning, I was told that there was a New Zealand made card game spreading fast. Which has lead me to this video! I find table top games a great way to play and relate with my younger brother. The local shop here just held the countries nationals and I would love to compete in next years nationals. Hi Steven, first off great Video, I've watched a bunch of your stuff as I've learned the game. I actually ran into the game by chance on a night out in an arcade/LGS and saw ppl playing and started asking them about it. Used to collect Pokemon back in the day, and tried Magic for a few months but felt the community was a bit too hardcore for me at that age. Now I'm loving FAB! The LGS hooked me up with 2 Ira Decks and I've been getting into it pretty heavy over the last 3 months. Community has been fantastic! Would love it if you hooked me up with some Blitz Decks :) Keep up the great work my man!
I used to play the old World of Warcraft TCG way back when and now that I'm looking to get back into one, FaB really stands out as a fun option to try as I'm really liking the art style and the how to play videos I've seen make it look really interesting. I'm excited to get some product and try it myself soon. :)
Just started this week, picked up classic battles and fai and dromai, then I watch your video 😂 I just really like how the hand works in this both as resources and your plays.
I like it because it’s so easy to immediately understand as an experienced ccg player and it feels like a card game version of a fighting game. I recently started by asking a LGS about the Welcome decks. They gave me 2x for free which is especially cool cuz they’re the first edition ones, but it’s a product that’s not really designed for blitz or CC so it’s a little awkward. My buddy also got me a booster box of Everfest for my birthday so I have the most random FAB collection imaginable. Not a single piece of equipment!
The Classic Battles box to me is a bit expensive for a "give it a shot" deck, but especially if you're "I'm definitely in, just want to start" it is awesome. If you can get it $40 or under, it's aces. I agree completely with the Blitz decks being a better budget option, and after going through the TOA and Uprising decks this week, I agree completely Dromai and Fai are a great start. The Monarch have the best collectible quirks of anything but CB, but Uprising just FELT best. I've been recommending Uprising overall to anyone who isnt specifically focusing on a class or hero that isnt there. GREAT video.
I just started looking into FAB through Tolarians video! Personally I really like the pitching a card to play a card system within the game. The idea of you must use your hand to block and play constantly and battling over resources is such a fun idea. Currently don't have a job and have been studying my butt off to get into one after being a recent graduate, so money is very hard to come by right now. I would absolutely love to start getting into the game starting with one of these blitz decks! The game and art-style of it all really fits my aesthetic and I'm just more and more excited the more I look into it through your videos and others! Thank you for providing us insight and knowledge more in the game! Can't wait to try out more soon!
New to FaB, I've been playing MtG for many years so when Flesh and Blood appeared as the new kid on the block I went "cool, but not interested in a new game right now bye." That was a while ago and in the meantime Wizards of the Coast have made numerous shitty business decisions and engaged in terrible business practices to the point where it is abundantly clear they care not at all for the players of their game. So I'm thinking of jumping ship and swimming over to the FaB-raft. Finally got a few local events that go on once in a while so it seems a good opportunity.
New to flesh and blood. I have bounced from tcg to tcg over the years, the one that I have found that I enjoyed the most was MTG back in the day. I cant say I feel the same love for the game as the releases being from D&D and Walking Dead or even Warhammer feels silly to me. Crossing the streams always bugs me. Flesh and blood really drew me in once I learned about it for starters because the art style feels very much like old MTG. The more I learned about the game the more I became interested in it. The heroes being present on the field reminds me of MTG commander but better done. Overall, I am looking for a game I can really latch onto and so far, no other tcg has worked recently, hoping F&B could be the one.
My wife and I play magic but are looking to branch out into something new. I think it's cool how you use weapons and equipment on a hero as opposed to a bunch of creatures.
Great video. I am very new to Flesh and Blood and this video is exactly what I was looking for. My LGS has been open less than a month but there is a good group of players I am learning from. I have only been playing for 2 weeks and have been trying different blitz decks. I really like Dorenthia and Fai. I am waiting for the local store to be able to get in Flesh and Blood decks before buying so I can support them. Again great video.
Relatively new here, played a bit last year but just starting to really get into the game. I love how much strategy is involved - in most TCGs I've played, I'll inevitably have games where I just lose on bad luck. In FAB, whenever I lose a match I can always point to one or two things I could've done differently to improve. It makes the game feel fair and exciting

My girlfriend and I played alot of commander, and she wasn't too big of a fan since the turns can go so long. But man is she hooked on Flesh and Blood! We picked up the two player starter and are hoping to go to open play nights soon
I'm originally a Magic player, but the interest in the Pioneer format in my LGS is slowly dwindling, so I was looking to get into a newer TCG, and have heard good things about FaB, such as the affordability and focus on balance that the creators have. I'm not 100% sure how I'd like it, but I'm very interested in giving it a try as it seems like the hero system gives some structure in the kind of play I could expect
my flgs is finally reopening for in person events and they're looking to support flesh and blood so I want to jump in and play. there's a very robust community here and i can't wait to play! Oh it's also by birthday!

I watched some of the professors videos and thought that this game sounded like a lot of fun. I currently play a lot of EDH and I'm looking for a new game to play when my GF and I aren't feeling the magic vibes.
Me and my friends started playing Mtg around the release of Battle for Zendikar and played up until recently. MTGs aggressive premium product pushing really pushed us away. I really enjoy card games and started looking at FaB to fill that gap. The way Fab handles card value looks very good to me, players get to play cards without paying super stupid prices while collectors still get their thing. Id be very happy to get the blitz decks to introduce my friends and myself to the game
Learning about the game before I buy any cards, I have played spurts of YGO and recently tried MTG. I find myself priced out of any sort of competitive and fun gameplay. This seems to be the perfect tcg for me to get into, just hope it gets track locally.
Having done a little digging on FAB as a Magic alternative, I'd really like to try to get my regular play group into the game, but I doubt I'll be able to get them to invest in a new game. A few precon decks I can just turn up and offer out to try the game would go a long way I think, not least because I've had trouble actually finding any FAB products in game stores near me. 2 months in and loving it always learning and my 1st tcg loving it mainly play up Rising as they where new when started so each game I learn a new card or new play from opponents lol
I definitely want to try FAB and I was thinking of getting those very four blitz starter decks that you're giving away! I started playing about a month ago from a free event the LGS held. I'm slowly collect the blitz precons to teach others to play and am yet to make it to monarch so I guess I'll toss my hat into the ring.
I'm really looking forward to getting into FAB, though not having any stores local is really rough, especially when it comes to supporting a local scene. I'm not new (Nov 2021) but I really do love the classic battles set and hope more people pick it up. Aside from that, grabbing a blitz deck and picking up singles to go into cc is definitely the way to get started.
I doubt you're still doing this a month later, but hey! I'm deciding to put some effort into learning this game coming from a background of multiple card games (MTG, Legends of Runeterra, and the Pokemon TCG), I'm not bothered if you're not giving out beginner decks anymore, but I would like to say that I very much appreciate this video and your other beginner's guide video! Keep on doing what you're doing and have an awesome Christmas/whatever you celebrate :)! P.S. Are there any edgy vampires, demons, goblins, zombies, or ghosts in this game? I have seen the game a lot but didnt get into it due to the price point. However seeing thing like the equipment system and the living legend system inspired me to take a look again. I would love to get my hands on a couple blitz decks to try and build a community in my area
100% the heros and the decision trees intrest me the most, because it reminds me of yugioh with how complex the chains get Edit: As well as this, the price for intro is super cheap. I have never heard of a card game with 11 to 15 dollar prices
Thanks for yet another great and informative video! I for one share your sentiment for ‘Classic Battles’ RvD - I mean, if a new player wants something well balanced against each other but very different to play and at the same time want to start off with something properly shiny - then despite the higher price tag this is the way to go. I only miss printed how to play minibook which would make the package a better deal.

Just started playing today, met a bunch of new friends at a LGS and they were excited about Dynasty's release so they taught me how to play, I bought a bunch of Dynasty packs and cracked a cold foil Emperor, so I'm excited to build an Emperor blitz deck as my first deck! The great art and the warmth of excited players drew me in ^_^
I just started getting into FaB last week. I bought Boltyn and Prism from my local game store and ordered Briar online. What attracted me to the game was the artwork and me and a friend of mine are looking for an alternative to Magic. FaB looked like a inexpensive game to go with, so we jumped in. We are playing it for the first time this Saturday, and if all goes well I'm planning to buy a box of Tales of Aria and the other 2 blitz decks. That set looks like it's right up my alley.
I'm a long time magic player and learned about the game recently through tolarian community college. Ever since learning the rules I've been excited to explore the game on account of its many interesting and fresh mechanics. the three versions of each named Idea in particular really let's me feel like I'm presented with a wide variety of deck building options.
I've been playing magic for just over a year now, and I honestly think it's amazing, but I have been looking into FaB for a little bit now and just researching stuff about it. I love the art and everything.
Just looking at getting into the game with my son: were veterans of mtg, pokemon, ygo and the oh so classic Star Wars TCG from decipher. Something about focusing on a single hero's battle really brings things into focus compared to mtg's feeling of two wizards on separate cliff faces, casting creatures in a valley. Excited to get into something new that is still in its infancy.
We are still fairly new to the game, we have a Classic Battles and would love to try some more heroes out!
I'm a long time MTG player but since stopped a couple of years ago. I have a playgroup I'm trying to persuade to go back to playing cardgames (trying to get them to play One Piece).
Then I discovered this last week and I think this is more up their alley as they are big D&D fans. =)
Hope we could win your precon decks so we can start playing and teaching each other about the game's wife variety of heroes and classes.
I honestly just heard about flesh and blood today by accidentally clicking on a video the prof did building a deck and I've watched 6 hours worth of videos on the game since then, haha. Called my lgs and they've got an event on tonight which I'll probably take my sons to and check it out!!

We were pretty into Magic but the 30th anniversary announcement turned us both off. The direction of magic has turned us off for a while. Listening to a video of the creator also brought back my nostalgia of what I was missing. I loved his passion.
Awesome video man, I'm from brazil and I was used to play as kid MTG and now that I want to get back to card games I feel like its a bit overwhelming, so I was talking to my friend that I was used to play as a kid and he told me about FAB and that's how I ended up here. The only bad thing I don't have a lot friends here in the U.S that I can play with, maybe I can get my wife into it lol, if not maybe I'll just collect it. Its fun to collect cards plus the prices here are way more affordable than some other countries. Anyway I loved the video, you just got yourself a subscribe and a discord member!! I saw the how to play videos from you and the professor and I thought it looked pretty cool. Theres an LGS right next to my university and I was able to play a demo game there right after class. The game came down to both of us having 1 HP, but luckily the timing was on my side. The whole thing felt really fun though! The interactivity and decision making even when it's not your turn is super engaging and being able to come in with a loadout is interesting to me. Also the way that the studio treats local game stores makes me happy

With a decade of magic experience I’ll say beforehand.
What interests me most about this game, is the first time I saw a game being played, I could feel the flavor.
I felt as if two generals were meeting amongst the battlefield. And it was their last stand.
Towards the end of the first battle, I felt the will to live, and to win.
Truly fascinating to watch develop and pick up.

Been going down the FaB rabbit hole all week. Ordered the Monarch Blitz decks last night, and I'm excited for them to hit the table this weekend.
I got interested in Flesh and Blood just based on the name standing out, and then when I learned more the idea of equipping a hero and building the deck around them really draws me in, I'm looking to get my first deck and that's what made me click this video
Hi, I got intrested in FaB around two weeks ago when I found it by chance looking for a board game to play with my younger brother. After I studied it a bit I got two decks one for me and one for my bro, now we got his GF to play it too, and are going to introduce it to our uncle and MtG group. Just wanted to say thanks too you and the other FaB content creaters out there, these videos Helped me out on deciding to play this amazing game. Oh, and what got me intested personally is the combat chain mechanic, as well as the battle that I can visualize in my head when I play it. Kinda like action movies and marital arts films in my mind’s eye😂. Anyway thanks again!😊
I live in Aotearoa / New Zealand and completely new to card games. After a few days of searching which of the big 3 I might begin learning, I was told that there was a New Zealand made card game spreading fast. Which has lead me to this video! I find table top games a great way to play and relate with my younger brother. The local shop here just held the countries nationals and I would love to compete in next years nationals. I'm pretty new to FaB, coming from magic. I started looking at the game because of the classes, it feels like 2 PCs fighting in DnD.

Hi Steven, first off great Video, I've watched a bunch of your stuff as I've learned the game. I actually ran into the game by chance on a night out in an arcade/LGS and saw ppl playing and started asking them about it. Used to collect Pokemon back in the day, and tried Magic for a few months but felt the community was a bit too hardcore for me at that age. Now I'm loving FAB! The LGS hooked me up with 2 Ira Decks and I've been getting into it pretty heavy over the last 3 months. Community has been fantastic! Would love it if you hooked me up with some Blitz Decks :) Keep up the great work my man!

I used to play the old World of Warcraft TCG way back when and now that I'm looking to get back into one, FaB really stands out as a fun option to try as I'm really liking the art style and the how to play videos I've seen make it look really interesting. I'm excited to get some product and try it myself soon. :)
Just started this week, picked up classic battles and fai and dromai, then I watch your video 😂 I just really like how the hand works in this both as resources and your plays.
Oh man. The equipment really tickles my fancy of piloting a true hero card fighting game! Tweaking and finding the best loadout to fit my style
I like it because it’s so easy to immediately understand as an experienced ccg player and it feels like a card game version of a fighting game. I recently started by asking a LGS about the Welcome decks. They gave me 2x for free which is especially cool cuz they’re the first edition ones, but it’s a product that’s not really designed for blitz or CC so it’s a little awkward. My buddy also got me a booster box of Everfest for my birthday so I have the most random FAB collection imaginable. Not a single piece of equipment!
The Classic Battles box to me is a bit expensive for a "give it a shot" deck, but especially if you're "I'm definitely in, just want to start" it is awesome. If you can get it $40 or under, it's aces.
I agree completely with the Blitz decks being a better budget option, and after going through the TOA and Uprising decks this week, I agree completely Dromai and Fai are a great start. The Monarch have the best collectible quirks of anything but CB, but Uprising just FELT best.
I've been recommending Uprising overall to anyone who isnt specifically focusing on a class or hero that isnt there.

I just started looking into FAB through Tolarians video! Personally I really like the pitching a card to play a card system within the game. The idea of you must use your hand to block and play constantly and battling over resources is such a fun idea. Currently don't have a job and have been studying my butt off to get into one after being a recent graduate, so money is very hard to come by right now. I would absolutely love to start getting into the game starting with one of these blitz decks! The game and art-style of it all really fits my aesthetic and I'm just more and more excited the more I look into it through your videos and others! Thank you for providing us insight and knowledge more in the game! Can't wait to try out more soon!

New to FaB, I've been playing MtG for many years so when Flesh and Blood appeared as the new kid on the block I went "cool, but not interested in a new game right now bye." That was a while ago and in the meantime Wizards of the Coast have made numerous shitty business decisions and engaged in terrible business practices to the point where it is abundantly clear they care not at all for the players of their game. So I'm thinking of jumping ship and swimming over to the FaB-raft. Finally got a few local events that go on once in a while so it seems a good opportunity.
New to flesh and blood. I have bounced from tcg to tcg over the years, the one that I have found that I enjoyed the most was MTG back in the day. I cant say I feel the same love for the game as the releases being from D&D and Walking Dead or even Warhammer feels silly to me. Crossing the streams always bugs me. Flesh and blood really drew me in once I learned about it for starters because the art style feels very much like old MTG. The more I learned about the game the more I became interested in it. The heroes being present on the field reminds me of MTG commander but better done. Overall, I am looking for a game I can really latch onto and so far, no other tcg has worked recently, hoping F&B could be the one.
My wife and I play magic but are looking to branch out into something new. I think it's cool how you use weapons and equipment on a hero as opposed to a bunch of creatures.
Great video. I am very new to Flesh and Blood and this video is exactly what I was looking for. My LGS has been open less than a month but there is a good group of players I am learning from. I have only been playing for 2 weeks and have been trying different blitz decks. I really like Dorenthia and Fai. I am waiting for the local store to be able to get in Flesh and Blood decks before buying so I can support them. Again great video.
Relatively new here, played a bit last year but just starting to really get into the game. I love how much strategy is involved - in most TCGs I've played, I'll inevitably have games where I just lose on bad luck. In FAB, whenever I lose a match I can always point to one or two things I could've done differently to improve. It makes the game feel fair and exciting

Hey DMArmada! I have 0 FaB cards and I've heard about it for about a year. This is a really solid starter guide and makes me want to take the jump. I've been playing mtg for about ten years (stopped around 2020)
A few people I know got into this game and I'm just checking it out now. I'm excited to try a TCG alternative to magic.
My girlfriend and I played alot of commander, and she wasn't too big of a fan since the turns can go so long. But man is she hooked on Flesh and Blood! We picked up the two player starter and are hoping to go to open play nights soon
Haven't played a game yet, but I'm intrigued by the battle chain system and the equipment system for your hero. I'm a sucker for rpg type elements
I'm originally a Magic player, but the interest in the Pioneer format in my LGS is slowly dwindling, so I was looking to get into a newer TCG, and have heard good things about FaB, such as the affordability and focus on balance that the creators have. I'm not 100% sure how I'd like it, but I'm very interested in giving it a try as it seems like the hero system gives some structure in the kind of play I could expect
Giving it a try can be very cheap, definitely go for it! But be warned, I also came from MtG originally and lost the remains of my sanity with FaB :))
my flgs is finally reopening for in person events and they're looking to support flesh and blood so I want to jump in and play. there's a very robust community here and i can't wait to play! Oh it's also by birthday!
Hey, new to FAB after lurking your channel for some time. Started with Uprising and Tales of Aria, really like Fai, Dromai, and Lexi so far. Picked up the Blitz decks and a ton Of singles to fill out CC decks (most of Uprising, ToA) just having a blast. Thanks for the great content.

Me and my friends started playing Mtg around the release of Battle for Zendikar and played up until recently. MTGs aggressive premium product pushing really pushed us away. I really enjoy card games and started looking at FaB to fill that gap. The way Fab handles card value looks very good to me, players get to play cards without paying super stupid prices while collectors still get their thing. Id be very happy to get the blitz decks to introduce my friends and myself to the game
Learning about the game before I buy any cards, I have played spurts of YGO and recently tried MTG. I find myself priced out of any sort of competitive and fun gameplay.
This seems to be the perfect tcg for me to get into, just hope it gets track locally.
I've been playing Hearthstone for about 5 years now, but I'm excited to get into FAB and see what card games in person are all about!
Having done a little digging on FAB as a Magic alternative, I'd really like to try to get my regular play group into the game, but I doubt I'll be able to get them to invest in a new game. A few precon decks I can just turn up and offer out to try the game would go a long way I think, not least because I've had trouble actually finding any FAB products in game stores near me.

2 months in and loving it always learning and my 1st tcg loving it mainly play up Rising as they where new when started so each game I learn a new card or new play from opponents lol

Oh, the thing that interests me the most about FAB is that it isn't made by Wizards of the Coast. Zing! Okay, just kidding, sort of. Really FAB looks like a refreshing approach to a TCG and I love the passion behind the founder and CEO of LSS!

I'm not new (Nov 2021) but I really do love the classic battles set and hope more people pick it up.
Aside from that, grabbing a blitz deck and picking up singles to go into cc is definitely the way to get started.
BTW not entering for the decks, just so that's clear. I want new players to win.

I doubt you're still doing this a month later, but hey! I'm deciding to put some effort into learning this game coming from a background of multiple card games (MTG, Legends of Runeterra, and the Pokemon TCG), I'm not bothered if you're not giving out beginner decks anymore, but I would like to say that I very much appreciate this video and your other beginner's guide video! Keep on doing what you're doing and have an awesome Christmas/whatever you celebrate :)!

I have seen the game a lot but didnt get into it due to the price point. However seeing thing like the equipment system and the living legend system inspired me to take a look again. I would love to get my hands on a couple blitz decks to try and build a community in my area
100% the heros and the decision trees intrest me the most, because it reminds me of yugioh with how complex the chains get
Edit: As well as this, the price for intro is super cheap. I have never heard of a card game with 11 to 15 dollar prices
Thanks for yet another great and informative video! I for one share your sentiment for ‘Classic Battles’ RvD - I mean, if a new player wants something well balanced against each other but very different to play and at the same time want to start off with something properly shiny - then despite the higher price tag this is the way to go. I only miss printed how to play minibook which would make the package a better deal.
New to the game also, friend told me about it, and it looks like a lot of fun!
