    Thank you so much guruji. I like in this mudra. 4-5 years ago I had low blood pressure problem . So out of fear I avoid this mudra. But now it is clear!!!

    Swami ji pranaam mujhe 2 saal se negativity,anxiety& Bina kiss vajah ke mind depressed ho jaata hai aur jis vajah se mujhe high BP ki tablet leni padti hai main 35 yrs ka hnu shuru se hi excersises karta aaya hnu abhi mudraao ko jaan Kar kaafi accha laga.pls suggest.

    Guru jee kon si sb se pahle mudar lagaani h ...agar samay n mile to sb jaruri koi ek mudra lagaa sakten h ..agar time h to ek baar me 15 ..15 minuts ..kitni mudra laga sakte hain ..ab jaldi baaji me kya kebal ..udaan mudra hi laagaa sakte h ...khaan khaane ke kite time baad laga sakten hain ...main kebal aur kebal aap ko sunta hun ..jabaab jarur de saare prashno ka ...Namo Narayan ...

    Q:1. Khana subah kitne baje dopeher kitne baje aur raat ko kitne baje khana chahiye?
    Q:2. Ek meal dusre meal k beech kitne tine gap dena hai?
    Q.3: Raat ko kya halka khana chahiye(bhukh na miti toh vi), subah kya bohot jyada khana chahiye (bhukh mit jane k baad vi) kyun ki el baat youtube me bohot suni ki subah khao Raja ki tarah, Dopeher ko khao Praja ki tarah aur Raat ko khao Vikhari ki tarah.
    Ultimately food & diet stuffs k bare mei matlab khana khane ke bare mein( eg quantity of food, gap between two meals, can grains be taken 3 times day if i do Ekadashi) detail mein janna hai.

    Khana khane ke beech me thoda peena chahiye ki nehi?
    Khane se pehle thoda 1-2 ghoont paani peena chahiye ki nahi jise Anchman kehte hai? Aur kis kisko Anupan karna chahiye aur uske kya benefit hai?

    Namskar Guruji in natya shasthra mudras are done standing and in different angles do can we perform in any postcher
    I am at 68 found Wight lossip to 12kg in lock down. Wt mudra you suggest our mind is do. Week we can not sit long

    Guru Ji Mein vyaan mudra left hand side mein laga paari hu. Par right hand side mein mere 4th ungli bhi bend hori hai mere pehle unglion ke saath! Agar mein usko straight karne ki koshish karu toh woh Dard deta hai. Iska matlab kya hai?

    🙏 Guruji,
    Kya yeh mudra nerve tingling, twisting, aur agar kisi ko conceive nahin ho raha because of nerve weakness, yaa eyes se related problems hain like weakness in eye nerves. In sabko bhi yeh ek mudra cover karega? Agar nahin, to kripaya batayien aur kaun si mudra ho sakti hain baaki problem ki solution ke liye.

      It can be because your vyana vayu is imbalanced and your pitta is aggravated, do this mudra and follow pitta pacifying diet. So essentially your vyana vayu is carrying aggravated pitta to your limbs. It may cause excessive sweating in your limbs as well
