Noki failing the Heracross is kinda sad. Hearing the sap part made me immediately think of Ash’s Heracross who was obsessed with eating the sap from his Bulbasaur’s bulb.
I was thinking of how it hides in trees in other games
Me too when I heard the sap part Immidietly thought of the anime
Ntm that the episode Heracross is caught in introduces them as loving the sap from the trees in the forest. Even later episodes seem to have Heracross attracted to any kind of sweet scent from other Pokémon or plants.

11:41 btw shiny Sandygast does not melt in rain like the others. You know how light pokemon gets blown away by high winds? If they're shiny they don't get blown away.

That could be a good way to look for the shinies since the others would just despawn

Sandygast is one of my favourites, so I know the dex for it inside and out. Definitely helps that there are only about 6 entries

when you said you had to encoutner Sandugast, don't worry. much like the Voltorb and other's who under certain situations could despawn certain pokemon, they made shinies unable too do so. you just hafta worry about cutscenes and them running away.

I've only recently picked up a Pokémon game after years of not playing any. This means I've also just begun my shiny hunting journey. The ability to kill one of these even if it "only" takes 30 minutes to find one now is sickening. Lol. Very entertaining video but also very sad haha. *Queue stress laughter*

I feel like this gimmick would be a lot more interesting in reverse, where you have a friend in a call with you and everytime you find a shiny they get one guess based on pokedex or another info and if they get it you need to kill the shiny. Also would work to races in order to see wbo gets more shinies
