I liked your style, leatherwork and video! You've got yourself another subscriber!
A couple of things though.
1 Edge bevel the flesh side first on pockets, it just works better.
2 Stitch across the bottom. You've glued it and it sees the most flex, it should be stitched. It will make it a single stitch line piece saving you a bit of time and thread on each wallet. Should be more durable and shouldn't affect the look much or negatively.

With a bifold, don't you want the back panel to be bigger then the inner pocket to allow for the fold, instead of them being the same size? Or was that not an issue with how it's designed. As for names, maybe the Centenary or Centennial to commemrate passing 100 subs

When adding a bill pouch or something like that to that beck then yes, you would want it a tad longer. Since the material where it folds is very small it doesn't affect it.
