Incredible intro with the helicopter ride. There was not a detail of this house I didn't love, especially the outdoor garden and pool area. Great blend of concrete and limestone.
I love the paintings in this home along with a few other things and yes the house looks really good I do love the bar there much better. I am not one to be show offish kind of things but friends know to make their drinks without having someone chatting in the way of others trying to get their drinks. I love the sinks they are beautifully done in this home and the nature all around is what I like too about this place. So many beautiful features in this home.

Wie konnte das nur passieren - ich habe tatsächlich diese Tour übersehen und bin heute erst durch Zufall darauf gestoßen - welch ein Glück!!! So ein wunderschönes Anwesen, Kunst in jedem Winkel, perfekt geschnittene Räume, großzügige Wirtschaftsräume, toller Garten, schöne Aussicht, ... Vielleicht ein wenig zu teuer. Aber wer die Einrichtung schätzt, ist sicher bereit den Preis zu zahlen. Eine super Tour, ein tolles Team!

Great tour. I wasn't keen on the cinema or home office (the office especially felt very small and enclosed, in spite of the mirrored surfaces) but the top floor and terrace may be the best shown on this channel or Enes Plus. The outdoor, living, and dining areas, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms, were all to an amazing standard as well.

- Cinema. That is a 12 out of 10. Never seen that level of high end material in such a large home theatre. Well done to that developer.
- That Helipad certainly is a unique feature as it is in a community with several Villas within 500M. How the heck does that work? I thought my noisy supercars pissed of my neighbors ... Yikes!!!
- Games room, very nicely done. Pool & spa area looks great but NO hot tub?
- Mechanical room, Massive. Never seen that b4 either. Very Impressive.
- Laundry room, Large. That is a detail that often is overlooked.
- Don't like that many neighbours are very close and 100's of other homes can peer into ur property. I luv La Magda & Villa Cristal for privacy.

Amazing. This is by far the best property that you have shown in the Marbella area. The build quality, the finish, the attention to detail. Oustanding! It really gives a sense of fusion between indoor and outdoor living.... and that view ... Wow! One question - those curtains look a little heavy, are they automated?

Perfekte Presentation für eine perfekte Villa. Bis auf den Eingang vom Heliplatz, das wirkt im Vergleich zum Rest wie ein Hintereingang. Ich würde mir euch für eine Tour wünschen wenn ich kaufen würde…. Aber warum steigt der Preis von 19,5 auf 22mio in noch nichtmal 2 Wochen? Mehr als 14-15mio hat sie auch mit Tobal nicht gekostet

Nicely luxurious house, many expensive classy solutions. Has a bit of a problem with hanging water on the concrete roof edges, that could probably be fixed with a little clear plastic lip glued under to prevent water from hanging. Just a 6mm L profile is probably enough.

There is no problem to land a Helicopter here, but of cause it requires an experienced pilot to fly it

I envy the person who'll contact you about this home. It's Gorgeous! Unfortunately, I think the most I'd do is land a Remote Control Helicopter on the Landing Pad :) Certainly out of my price range. You are so right, they do not. It's difficult to get them organized as it's high season so they are all fully booked out. And obviously when it's summer and the chalets are empty there isn't any snow 😆

Dominik: Nein, der facility room ist SEHR interessant und die Küchengeräte wie Kühlschrank, Öfen etc. bitte ebenfalls mal kurz öffnen und zeigen. Jeder Mann will den Server- bzw. Heizungsraum/Klimaraum sehen und jede Frau, die ohnehin das letzte Wort hat, will von den Küchengeräten begeistert werden. Obwohl die Frauen der Männer, die solche Immobilien kaufen, ohnehin wahrscheinlich nicht kochen können, sondern eher mit dem Aussehen befasst sind Ansonsten: weiter so. Die Bude selbst gefällt mir nicht so ( ist halt Geschmackssache ), kann aber auch nicht sagen was mich stört, aber die Präsentation selbst ist wie immer TOP und SEHR ausführlich. Es sind halt die Kleinigkeiten. Bedroom 1 oben, wie kann man den Fernseher nach links machen ? Wie soll man da schauen ? Bei 22 Mio gehört der oben in die Decke vor das Bett. Die vielen vielen Kleinigkeiten sind nicht durchdacht, es fehlt die Handschrift einer Frau, die Bude wurde nur von Männern geplant......
Ich schaue immer eure kompletten Videos/Vorstellungen und schenke euch gerne meine Zeit. Da könnt ihr sehr stolz drauf sein, tue ich sonst bei niemandem.
Obviously fabulous home BUT there is a but….??? For this price range not enough privacy…??? A number of weeks ago on your Chanel you showed a suspended concrete style home overlooking a golf course priced around 6.7 million Euros…… WITH total privacy….. I suggest purchasing THAT and save millions….. great content though, as someone who flew In helicopters every two weeks based on Oil Riggs it is an experience in itself…!

@@TheMarobrothersWell he is right about that west side of the house, where the outdoor shower is. There is zero privacy on that side and I see no room for big plants or trees to fill that side up😅 Furthermore, the whole master bathroom area needs closed curtains to not be seen. I like the east side of the house way more. Other than that, it is all very beautiful and the tour was really great, like always 😃
