I loved Vishnu's confessions... He inspires me to grow my chess club more, here in Romania. Building children to face the world is a great statement. How great would a book by this man be about coaching or building a successful chess club!? I hope someday I will visit his academy. Thank you for sharing this talk!

Sagar, wonderful interview first of all. Excellent reportage overall - gr8 follow up questions (also with this academy!). Thanks for a lot of the context to the editors with diagrams, and all the other needed things (history - transitions with kids in between). ONE advice (not sure if pple have told you this - something simple your CA first attempt brain missed, that's all :-)): The mic that you give to pple that you clip u know it comes with that fluffy thing that looks like a well groomed dog's hair? IF you put that, I read that you can have noise cancellation, and ONLY hear the voice. Saying bcos, I KNOW that you have high quality "clip on mics" (remember looking up the brand). Thank me LATER! :-) PLEASE don't delete this comment CBI (scared to put @ChessbaseIndiaChannel - every time I put it comment gets deleted!) - I like seeing likes and responses to my comment also :-). Thanks again.
Edit: While I'm AT it Sagar - for pple listening WITH HEADPHONES, you will see the difference with noises, etc. PLEASE the end music Sagar - its A LOOOOOUD SWISHHHHH..... PLEASE CHANGE IT! (I have ALREADY posted this as a COMMENT!)

I know right, it’s almost like one of them is playing in the world championship, another was world champion until Magnus Carlsen came along, 3 are in the top 10, and more than 70 are grandmasters . . . Oh wait . . .
