So lastly I tried the steamer method like in this video and I curved it again, now exactly how I wanted. I messed up a few times and kept resteaming it too... so i think as long as you dont bend the brim, and you soften the brim enough before curving it is safe to curve again.

You dont NEED it but it lessens the risk of the brim breaking since the heat softens the card board and on top of that since its softer while steamed it makes it easier to curve to ur liking
