Verbal stimming is also talking fast and repeating the same thing a person has said over and over again. This could be a word or a sentence. They can often pick up on what people say though like you said but not just in movies but example if they're around someone a lot who talks in a certain way or uses a certain words a lot which will then come out when they are communicating.

Incorrect! Children on the spectrum don’t verbal stim because they want to interact socially, because they already are doing it! Verbal scripting it a neurodivergent way of interacting socially. I do agree about the coping mechanism part.
Would you please show us how to teach artistic kid (5 years) how to ride a bike. She love it . We only bush her for hours.we are doing this for 5 months
