    This is awesome. Very for useful for repairing your old backpack but also just to have some extra paracord on you, as 3 metres can actually save life in emergency situations.
    Good job. Thanks for this

    I've probably made 10 miles of Cobra stitch in my life, but when I wanted to do it just now all I drew was a blank...amazing what you forget 50 years later. As soon as I saw your first loop I was good to go. Thanks.

    Make that 8. Thank you for showing that weave so well. I just did it and it worked great. I did mine longer (13") so I could add a plastic pipe cut to fit around the handle so the cord doesn't dig into my hand like all my tool bags.

    There is a cut at 1:58 when 'just wrapping it at another end of the handle'.......and after the cut the cords are totally reversed i.e. inside the loop. I love when this happens.

    • @SpiffyguyAdventures
      @SpiffyguyAdventures  Před 2 lety

      if it is frameless I would suspect you need to attach it to the pack. I would probably sew in some loops to attach.

    is there a way to make a lose hanging handle, where on either side a small carabiner is. for example to carry rollerblades?

    • @SpiffyguyAdventures
      @SpiffyguyAdventures  Před 5 lety

      You could do a similar one to this weave, just put in a loop at either side. I would use the biner in place of the frame but put a knot around them before starting the weaving part. That way they don't slide around too much.

    • @Daniel-dj7fh

  • @Dionisio181

    Now remove the straps and espread the handle to the right and to the left after that put the straps back on and you have a wider handle, very condortable and with a a better look.

  • @flon57
    @flon57 Před 4 lety
