Nice job guys. I think I would have tried to get the customer to go with block steps through the side or center of the wall. But the quality is showing, keep up the good work.
Good day guys. You really needed to install the versa wall with géo grid. I would never build a wall without it. Been doing walls for 30 plus years. It will come back and haunt you. Just giving my 2 cents. 😊
Not for this wall, any higher we would’ve. We offer a 5 year warranty for all our standard walls so we feel 200% confident on how we installed everything.
Make sure you lay the law down on how often the machine needs to be greased 3 pumps a day or shell get sloppy tell em if you hear the pins squeak that will be the last time they ran it if they are smart they’ll do it in the end of the day when everything is hot. But that’s gonna be the no 1 reason why your machine will be f’d up in a few years teach em to respect the machine if you want it to last. And tell em never to grease the house!! That’s your job
Difficult to take a step back and let the guys get on with it. How are they supposed to learn otherwise? Good trainer maxim - 'I'll do it first, nice and slow, you watch me, then you have a go!' Patience and Praise go hand in hand too! But. No matter how well you train them, they will never be as good as you. Of course they will, mark of a good trainer is that the guys get better than you!

What is your square foot price in your area? It’s around $45 a square in my area.. Just asking for comparison.. we are in the Midwest

That's insane not to use geogrid, but that would of required more digging behind the wall too
