I really like "red" and "speak now" but i consider speak now, to be her pinnacle. 1989 was great, but their was something about speak now that i just loved. I think "long live" is also her best song. I missed her tour here in Australia, as i didnt want to fly interstate to go, and i dont like her newer albums as much. That being said, she delivered the red tour in brisbane, complete with a close to full power failure. We had 2 mins of just nothing. (She was getting ready to sing "the lucky one", as the clip before the song played, the stage lost pretty much next to all power). Taylor said "can i have a spotlight, or is that broken too?" "Ok, we have a power failure, we brought a lot of stuff with us, as you can see!" She then said "if they cant fix it, i will just bring my guitar out and do the whole concert on guitar for you" So stage hands had to get people out of the pit, to get under the stage, to flick/reset the circuit breakers i would assume. It actually made the show more memorable!
+orin gordon yes!! theyre part of her band called The Agency but i dont think theyre together anymore since she switched to pop some of the members left :(. her backup singers have been with her for a long time though
This is my favorite version of red. I really appreciate this style of hers I love Taylor as a whole and I will support her. I wish that she could more produce songs like this. I fell in love with her since a very young age. She is a role model too me. And I can't see why people hate on her. I hope she makes more music this good.
Loving him is like driving a new Maserati down a dead-end street Faster than the wind, passionate as sin ending so suddenly Loving him is like trying to change your mind once you're already flying through the free fall Like the colors in autumn, so bright just before they lose it all Losing him was blue like I'd never known Missing him was dark grey all alone Forgetting him was like trying to know somebody you never met But loving him was red Loving him was red Touching him was like realizing all you ever wanted was right there in front of you Memorizing him was as easy as knowing all the words to your old favorite song Fighting with him was like trying to solve a crossword and realizing there's no right answer Regretting him was like wishing you never found out that love could be that strong Losing him was blue like I'd never known Missing him was dark gray all alone Forgetting him was like trying to know somebody you never met But loving him was red Oh red Burning red Remembering him comes in flashbacks and echoes Tell myself it's time now, gotta let go But moving on from him is impossible When I still see it all in my head Burning red Burning it was red Oh losing him was blue like I'd never known Missing him was dark gray all alone Forgetting him was like trying to know somebody you never met 'Cause loving him was red Yeah, yeah red We're burning red And that's why he's spinning 'round in my head Comes back to me, burning red Yeah, yeah His love was like driving a new Maserati down a dead-end street
Only few artist can sound almost the same on an album version of a song compare to a live performance. Taylor is one of the few.. That's why I love her 😊🎶😘
I don't really listen to Taylor swift but I found this live performance randomly on CZcams and I have to say I like it ! Good choice or her to perform an acoustic version of her songs, it definitely is more appropriate to the french audience than all the dancing and fireworks kind of performance, we really get to hear her voice and lyrics more clearly, good job miss Swift !
okay tbh I only know about this song because Fifth Harmony covered it but when I heard their cover when they posted it (it's been a while, I know) I've been curious about the song and ever since I first heard Taylor singing it immediately became obsessed with it
Live performances rarely sound better than the released recording. But Dam Taylor is just...Amazing, perfect!!!! No words can do her justice. Truly the voice of an angel!!!!!
I wonder why the people in the audience are so lucky to see her perform from so less distance!! If only I could see her in person, someday I'll be rich enough to go to one these small audience performances, hopefully 🤞
I love that Taylor doesn’t do too much to detract from her music. She could have herself physically styled out of the stratosphere, but she doesn’t. She’s not about that. For that I give her my full respect.
she sings well in the normal perfomances, but she shines a lot in the acoustic perfomances
Same
is it truly her original voice or auto tuned?????
Bidisha Mukherjee her own voice:)
Cronista Let's Plays khuuiohhhgftrui
Cronista Let's Plays Yes because she's a country singer at first . country singer loves to sing on a chair and playing guitar .
Those two backups. Damn.
YAB = = ITS A MURDER
They're so talent too
There's 3
Yup, I usually find vocalists detracting from the song rather than adding to it. These two however are superb.
@@Yellen5 reminds me of Camille Henderson's work with Sarah McLachlan.
2:42 backup singer is a proud momma
Taylor sounds so awesome here, as always. But don't you guys think the backup singers were also amazing?
Yes they are her backup singers from her 1989 tour I think they have been with her for years.
donna easty they have been with her since Liz (the old back up singer) and since the start of red tour I think
Every backup singers are always amazing.
Yes! They are her background singers for 1989 world tour! I think they have been with her for a couple years now!💝💝💝
what are the names od these 2 backup singers?
If anyone says she can't sing they are very wrong. She is amazing.
I know right!
Ikr
True very much true
If I have an option of being center of attention or lietening to Taylor all time I would choose lietening to taylor all the time
I wasn't a fan in the beginning of her career but she has definitely matured. Her music is fantastic
I am a fan ❤🎶
She has more talent in her finger than I do in my entire body
Joe Quinn that's an honor?

gosh lol
Is than an honor?💙💙💙
U got that from Cinderella didn't you... "You have more kindness in your little finger than most people do in the their entire bodies "
This is one of her best performances ever! I love her in these stripped (acoustic) performances, this is where she shines the most!
true
Agree.
Agree.
True!💗💗💗
Check out her performance of Wildest Dreams at the Grammy Museum too.
Her voice and the background vocals are amazing together!!
better than the studio version...
Oh yes yes yes
This is the best performance of Red. Vocals, instruments, backup vocals, everything flows perfectly into a piece of art.
In my opinion "Red" is her best album ever. Loving him was red. 👍👍
I really like "red" and "speak now" but i consider speak now, to be her pinnacle. 1989 was great, but their was something about speak now that i just loved.

Amazing back up singers.. so is taylor.

+orin gordon 😂😂😂

This is my favorite version of red. I really appreciate this style of hers
I love Taylor as a whole and I will support her. I wish that she could more produce songs like this. I fell in love with her since a very young age. She is a role model too me. And I can't see why people hate on her. I hope she makes more music this good.
her lyrics...
“Now that’s what I call music”
Absolute perfection
That smile on her lips. So genuine. What an honest and sweet performance.
The background singers sound so dynamite! So brilliant.
that's what I thought
Gorgeous make up, hair do and dress. It's perfect for Taylor. Like the background singer, they are awesome with Taylor. Perfect!
The neck collar is so beautiful
Her smile is killing me!
her vocals on this shit are probably her best...amazing!
Loving him is like driving a new Maserati down a dead-end street
Faster than the wind, passionate as sin ending so suddenly
Loving him is like trying to change your mind once you're already flying through the free fall
Like the colors in autumn, so bright just before they lose it all
Losing him was blue like I'd never known
Missing him was dark grey all alone
Forgetting him was like trying to know somebody you never met
But loving him was red
Loving him was red
Touching him was like realizing all you ever wanted was right there in front of you
Memorizing him was as easy as knowing all the words to your old favorite song
Fighting with him was like trying to solve a crossword and realizing there's no right answer
Regretting him was like wishing you never found out that love could be that strong
Losing him was blue like I'd never known
Missing him was dark gray all alone
Forgetting him was like trying to know somebody you never met
But loving him was red
Oh red
Burning red
Remembering him comes in flashbacks and echoes
Tell myself it's time now, gotta let go
But moving on from him is impossible
When I still see it all in my head
Burning red
Burning it was red
Oh losing him was blue like I'd never known
Missing him was dark gray all alone
Forgetting him was like trying to know somebody you never met
'Cause loving him was red
Yeah, yeah red
We're burning red
And that's why he's spinning 'round in my head
Comes back to me, burning red
Yeah, yeah
His love was like driving a new Maserati down a dead-end street
I might not be her No 1 fan but pretty sure I'm at least in the top 500. Love you Tay-Tay!

Only few artist can sound almost the same on an album version of a song compare to a live performance. Taylor is one of the few.. That's why I love her 😊🎶😘
