Pros and cons of boba wrap versus the nalakai baby sling ? Weather, everyday chores, walks, breathability etc lol thank you!!!
I'll add it to my list to make some comparison videos soon! But the short answer is that I definitely prefer the boba wrap over the nalakai ring sling. I just like wraps more than slings for the security while I do chores and take care of the other kiddos. Boba wrap is also pretty breathable compared to a sling and I feel like it's more comfortable since the weight is distributed over both shoulders instead of just one :) I hope that was helpful ;)

Hi! This is a great tutorial. Just curious--in the video, you said you wear the wrap for most of the day whether baby is in it or not. How do you breastfeed without removing the wrap? I love wearing mine, but when I need to feed my son I've just had to take it off, and since he eats a lot right now, it gets to be a bit of a hassle. Thanks, and please let me know!

This tutorial is great, but do you know if there’s any way to prevent the baby from kind of slipping down? I’ve had the boba wrap since my toddler was born and I had the same issue/fear. Like just me walking around and trying to get tasks done the baby just seems to shift down low. I have them start within kissing distance, but after a few minutes they’re much lower down my chest and it freaks me out. They’re still in the wrap correctly, but is it normal for them to shift down? Or should I be trying to wrap everything even tighter?

Do their feet have to be tucked in? I’m really small and my month old is longer than my torso and I can’t bend when her feet are tucked in

I have the same wrap and it says in the instructions to start with the logo right over your heart.....so it would be much higher than where you have it at the start ?
Yes, I read that in the instructions too, but I've found that bunching it up and putting the label on my stomach is easier for me :)
is there a minimum weight
When I did it my baby was a bit high up any suggestions? She 7 pounds right now
Try to loosen it and scoot your baby down more. It takes practice to figure out how to get it where you want it ;)
I make sure this is tight, but I feel like she’s sliding down. Also, I feel like she doesn’t have enough air to breath. I have her in the newborn hold as shown here. Andy suggestions? And does anyone feel like breast size is an issue? Like bigger makes this more awkward?
Maybe try tying the whole thing higher up to start with. Then as you wear it the baby won't slouch down so much. You want them high enough they are close enough to kiss, and that'll help with her having enough air. You want their head higher than the panel that goes horizontal across their back. Breast size shouldn't be an issue, you could try getting her more in between your breasts instead of laying on top of them? Just playing around with tying and positions. I hope that helps and let me know if you're still having issues :)

My first son was 13 pounds at birth and my new baby is due in 5 weeks and already measuring 8 pounds, will I still be able to do a newborn hold of he's that big?

It's just the grey :) This one I have is darker than the serene grey, so it hides stains better haha

It depends on the baby. My 9 pound one month old didn’t like the newborn pouch hold. I tried it so many times. I finally just tried a normal hug hold and my baby finally napped for so long! Sometimes almost 4 hours! But usually 1-2.5 hours.
