Red, Happy Sky, Distorted, and Dr Troopers are all so good. I felt like their use of 3d was really interesting, unlike the later games i felt like theres more animation and introduction with each title that gave each game so much character.
Red really shows off what IIDX can do. Happy sky is a little more subdued but still amazing. Distorded, just looks amazing. Not a fan of dj trooper. Gold had some better on it.

These are some of the highest quality recordings of the Twinkle and pre-HD styles I've ever seen. It's very clear that you took the time and care to source out stuff, or you actually ran the data yourself to get high quality rips and if so thank you so much because those games a nightmare to run on anything but a bemaniPC
every one of these youtube compilations forgets about pendual present/future, or they use CS recordings for 10th to empress, and resort anthem/sirius are always that one clip using djhackers patches thats been passed around everywhere

I don't care what ANYONE says. Happy Sky DOES and WILL always have the BEST INTRO EVER! If your a IIDX player, and that intro doesn't make you smile everytime it comes on, there's something wrong with you. Lol.
I usually watch these sorts of videos for my education into the game's story, note down some ideas for my own game and just to listen to some tunes. But dear god, that Lincle Tricoro abomination caught me completely off guard lmao it looks so bootleg. Oh, and also blue Pendual, never seen that one before.
Also bro got network for 9th style but not for the rest of them 💀

How did you got the footage in WQHD (1440p)??????
All of the footage was recorded at their original resolution and upscaled to 1440p using nearest-neighbor scaling. 1440p was chosen because every resolution used by IIDX at the time (240p, 480p and 720p) upscales cleanly to 1440p with no jaggedness.
