I just got thia game a week ago and I'm so hooked. l've been watching all your content while at work and when I hop on at night i feel well prepared to enjoy the game and do well. The only thing i have trouble with is knowing which guides/content are out of date with the current patch

I am thinking to make last companion party leader as scout horse rogery for reduction prisoner escape chance but suitable character is not a sturgian culture

party leader needs to be scout for reduced escape chance. I actually said that wrong earlier

Noob q: why is negative mercy a dealbreaker for a party leader?

I show mercy to all fiefs taken. If they are not of the same culture and are negative mercy they expect you to plunder or pillage. If you dont then you lose relation with everyone. Once companions only hit about -20 relation they will leave you and the game forever

@@Flesson19 Ah, thanks. There are not many vestiges of Warband's companion relations system but I guess this is one of those.
