hello everyone welcome back to multi channel,
this is very useful trick to remove of remaining broken post deep in the ground about 4 feet deep with 2 feet of concrete base, this method it's the best so far
1- remove some dirt and try to brake some of the concrete around the post using jack hammer
2- use chain or rope with strong wood and car jack to left the broken post slow,
as seen in this video
