Hello my friend, If the sewing machine not working at all please try the following troubleshooting steps 1- check the power cord (power cable) make sure doesn't have cut or shortage, to do that you need multimeter DC voltage and Ac voltage to test it، if power cable is not working just replace it, 2- if nothing wrong with power Cord check and test sewing machine motor, you need multimeter, choose continuity wth multimeter 2 probes touch wires on motor connectors legs if no reading or sound at all that means motor is burned, must be replaced, 3- check the foot pedal maybe it's not working,.

On my unit it was the diode after all, all other components were working perfectly, and I was scratching my head lol...until I saw your video...crazy a cheap component like that can make or brake the whole system....

Power button if it's touch or soft touch press It's either the base of the black graphite dirty or corrosioned or the button bottom Both need cleaned with medical alcohol, if the power button old style mechanical press it could be the legs are loosed or not connected to electronic board, or power button switch is bad, check the electronic board if any cracks or cut connections, thank you and all the best 🙏

Most likely is the wire has cut or shortage, or maybe the speaker is bad or damaged, the only way you can tell by testing, deassemble the the headphones to access the speaker connection wires and use Multimeter on Ohm if there's no reading at all means the speaker is burned, must be replaced, you can also test the speaker simply use 1.5 v battery connect the + to + and - to - if you hear a noise the speaker is good if you don't hear nothing the speaker is burned, to test the wires put multimeter to continuy position connect 2 probes on male jack to speakers try all jack rings if one of the 2 wires has cut multimeter doesn't make sound or continuity, then you need to trace the cut where is located, I hope that will help you to figure out thank you and all the best 🙏😊

I had 3 of them I left them for about 4 weeks I didn't use them after I checked the battery power all were okay, no Power drain, but all had about 90% left , which is reasonable, I think yours probably had a problem with battery power leakage, did you fully charge the battery before you use for first time? Did you know that most batteries most types and made if they don't use for few weeks or so they all get power drain or leakage , Thank you all the best 🙏

Hello my friend, Try the following steps: 1- check or test the power supply or adapter with power Cord use multimeter test the voltage it should be same what label manufacturer sticker on power supply, if it's less that means power supply is not good or if there's no voltage means it's burned, and either way it must be replaced, 2- check the power cable jack male and female if the piano power Jack is loosed or moves then it has damaged from inside with motherboard connection, Sometimes the power cable jack has shortage or cut, test voltage while move it left and right to make sure it's not shortage 3- if all ok then the problem it could be inside electronic boards check if there's a crack broken connections or wires shortages etc, I hope that will be helpful, best regards 😊
