I enjoyed them 20 years ago. Since the split with his original band Mato has been active, but... I am the original drummer for Derek Post. Played with him drom 2004-2006. I have seen them live with derek several times. It just doesn't click. Derek is talented, and Mato with out any doubt one of a hand full of guys that have his skills he is definitely one of the greatest blues/rock guitar slingers on the planet. I mean no disrespect as far as playing goes, but both of them seem to have forgotten their roots. I have been in their shows out east and had Derek walk right by me. Maybe he didn't see me the first time buut the other 5-6 times? A good friend and fellow musician Chris Stiles from Des Moines who i am currently recording with went to see the at the Grand and introduced himself as my close friend, Derek had heard me speak of Stiles many times. We are both 58 years old and been playing full time since high school and for them to shrug of a nice humble guy like Chris? Well we had heard they were snobs but just didn't want to believe it. fish handshakes and shrugs. to bad I hope life turns around for them both
This is a killer song. I have been looking for a CD called Live, Blues From Tke Sky without any success. I found some bootleg versions, but nowhere to order it. Please let me know if anyone has any info on this.

I actually a cd that I got from the restaurant bay port barbeque. It's a full album. They must have played there at some point
