My dad Bought one of these brand new in 2015 and he hasnt had anything wrong with it! he absolutely loves it and gets great fuel mileage. The only problem people say is common is problems with the DEF system on the 2014 and 2015 models but they fixed that in 2016 and 17. They are great trucks now.
I bought a 2015 2 wheel drive version of this truck, I LOVE it, it drives better than some cars I've driven, love your video....

I really, _really_, drool over the leatherwork in this Longhorn. I bought a 2015 Laramie with the two-tone brown interior. It's very nice, but this interior is outstanding. I also have the Quad Cab, so no underfloor hideaways and no A/C vents to the rear. Still, I'd hesitate to trade it in on another, as it has been near perfect. 27 mpg commuting, and got a best of 32.9 mpg.
Very nice truck. I have one request, please do a video on the 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited when you get the chance. I would really love to see a full in depth review on one of those. :)

Hi Mike, good video. It's my first real look at a 2016. I don't see much different than the 2015... So what's new/different? I see the LED bed lights, and sort-of the cover for the center console (it was there in the latter 2015's), and the 9-1-1 feature (is that new?). I'm surprised they don't have the blind spot monitoring or soft-down tailgate options yet.

Comment below on cost--I just bought a RAM Ecodiesel list ~$52k, out the door $36.3 in Wisconsin (2017 and it is now 03/18)--they wanted to move the 4wd, crew cab, ecodiesel and $36k for a new truck is fantastic! Love the truck--great ride, great handling, great fuel economy--don't really care that the '19 will soon be out and is a completely new truck--this one is great as well.

The only thing is I missed what kind of miles to the gallon does it get,when you showed the window sticker with all that info. my eyes locked on to the price of $ 57,000 and I think I must have momentarily blacked out. Mike! I heard so many bad things about the echo diesel that i would not take it if they gave it to me for free, let alone pay for it.
I went with the 2016 Hemi Sport SLT awesome truck and power to boot!!!

+Colin Arnold The center console is different than the 2015 as well as the touchscreen configuration. It also says 2016 on the window sticker. they might make some changes later but this one is sold as a 2016.

Do you homework people and stay away from the ecodiesel. They don't take the little added cost to key the cam gears, but instead just tighten them down with a bolt that will eventually allow the valve gear to slip and thus the motor blows.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is probably one of the worst vehicles you could buy. It's a LEMON! Ck the stats. RAM has still not fixed any of the engine problems and constant (like the Jeep) electrical problems. In one dealership here in the Phoenix valley, there are close to 70 of these parked, still waiting for parts. It all sounds good, but you will regret buying this model of the RAM Truck. The 2500 with a REAL DIESEL engine, will be a 100% better choice...if you can afford the $$$. RAM should really just make a deal with Mercedes and use their 3.0L Turbo Diesel and end their misery. For the power and fuel economy, I'm switching to the Ford F-150 3.5L Ecoboost.
I have the RAM 3.6 with the 3:55 rear, with the ZF 8 speed its great. You couldnt give me the eco diesel POS.

i think you're a great reviewer as well as the cars, don't cut. yourself short lol.. very calm which is refreshing, most reviewers seem like they just downed a can of monster ....I think to get more live viewers, possibly you should shout it out at the end of the videos-- the good old "Remember to turn on notifications because I do live stream, etc" I dunno just a thought :)
