I don't really understand what happened with Eric Bailly. I was a big fan and even during preseason last year he did fantastically well until he went on loan and got a ridiculous injury. He was a better fit for ten Hag's system and it sux he didn't get as many chances as Maguire.

This guy suits a possession team where we will only defend 25 % of the game as opposed to 75% of the game. David contributed in giving the ball away only for it to come back seconds later this guy allows the team to absorb pressure by being an extra player to pass hence keeping possession as opposed to hoofing it upfield under pressure thereby inviting attack therefore requiring a save.
