    The PC software is written in Delphi XE4.
    The firmware for the main controller (PIC32) as well as for the BLDC servomotor controllers (dsPIC) are written in C.
    It will be published on my website including the source code when it is complete

    Awesome machine. What's the "click-click" at the end of each cycle? What's it doing at that point?

      It sounds like it's a solenoid that's pushing down the advance lever for the tape feeder, to get the next component.

      Chris Magagna agreed, it doesn't sound like the feeders are powered themselves, so the head is clicking the reel one component forward. you can see it move slightly whilst the solenoid is active, probably moving the reel by that much
