There is a depth in her voice that makes it almost impossible to walk away. And with Ben they make a duo that is breath-taking and unbeatable. Everyone of her songs has that indefinable quality of "brilliance". We are gifted to have such talent as this.
Josie had a stunning voice at 16 and 17. It is lovely to see how she has developed her talent and her career. May it long continue and grow.
Stumbled into a tent at a festival last year to see someone else and these two where on so I sat down to wait for my favoured act and hey I was blown away by the talent and the dry humour of Josienne ! sat through there whole set and then couldn't face the act I had gone into see after these chaps as they really got to me and im now a firm fan
I'd go back
if I could
take you down
and bury you in the woods
steal your past
and erase it if I could.
Don't think I wouldn't.
I would.
For how dare you love anyone but me?
How could you love anyone but me?
Like a captive, I would keep you chained
Keep every moment in every single day
and every person who's ever meant a thing to you
I'd erase them that's what I would do.
For how dare you love anyone but me?
How could you love anyone but me?
And it's madness
What am I thinking of?
So destructive
for my love
I'm a coward
and I'm trying not to scream
oh, you traitor what have you done to me?
For how dare you love anyone but me?
How could you love anyone but me?
And I've seen you laughing in the light
I see it over and over every night
And it's torture
to think of you with her instead
and it hurts no less for being only in my head
For how dare you love anyone but me?
How could you love anyone but me?
This is a wonderful song. It's choking me up.....it is exactly how I feel............JJ
i keep on clicking on their vids but i can only like them once
Ooh, I listen to your song again and again. Bother my friends,. too. One out of three them loves this, the two just listen their own voices. But that's the way it goes I guess. Many thanks! You too are superb!
One of my favourite songs!
I love their music. Lovely voice!
unbelievably beautiful song!!!
Wonderful.
Beautiful.
Hey...... This has depth.......Loved it.
Powerful emotions in the words and a depth of music which reminds me of Loreena Mckennitt's music. Totally wonderful!

Lucy is right - this is very good, we'll worth four views!
Did Josienne and Ben do any more song with the orchestra or just the one I would love to hear more! This was amazing

I’m going to say something g that may come off very poorly. I generally do not like female singers. I don’t know why, I have a daughter and have the utmost respect for women in general. I just rarely enjoy songs sang by women. But this Josienne I love. I could listen to her voice all day long. There’s something I can’t describe. Is it the right amount of nasallyness (if that’s even a word)? Or the way she pronounces and annunciates specific words? Or is it the quality of the amazing writing that can be both beautiful and witty and elegantly strung together all at once? Must the combination obviously.
