Geez it’s been almost thirty years since red zone Thursdays when these two used to battle each other in the circles on the floor..folks I’m talking 1990..David morales was spinning fire..btw I have seen them from teenagers till now and hiro never beat ejoe...not once..u don’t really see it here but once ejoe starts spinning its game set match..legend..end of.

These Men, Legends and Vanguards of a style, feel discipline, culture not understood by the masses. "Not everyone understands house music, it's a spiritual thang, a body thang, a groove thang" Ejoe and a handful of others have single handerdly birthed millions of dancers, especially in the 90's. Everyone wanted to be Ejoe and everyone wanted to beat Ejoe I remember being at the Sound Factory Bar on a wed night, Camacho was spinning downstairs, Louie Vega upstairs in the main room. Ejoe was just dancing when three dancers attempted to battle him.
"Conquistadors Chocolate" was spinning and one by one Ejoe picked them apart. A style unique to house mastered by it's creator, now mimicked by all across the globe. Everyone at the end of Ejoe's round began to do the last move he did to the end of the song if u know it, u understand). Picture a huge cypher of dancers and onlookers all doing what Ejoe did, a spin into a swoop, back to a spin into a swoop over and over again, meanwhile the lights are going crazy the music is loud and thumping, the dancers following Ejoe articulating the Music, the three opponents leaving the building, the crowd erupting!! MAN, That SH1T was Something else!! Maybe u were there.

Ejoe is classically trained. The grand pirouettes, a double tour, multiple pirouettes in other videos. It is wonderful to see what would happen if a house dancer was classically trained.

Hmmm, how do I put this.... competition isn't the best context for house dancing. I've never seen a "house" dancer at his or her best in any of these competitions. That said, Ejoe is closer to just dancing to dance when he is out there. But I assure you, he's not at his best here vs. a club.
Clubs you don't really think, its comes naturally, but here theres a stress factor involved
Obviously Ejoe killed it, but to be fair to Hiro I also felt like Ejoe got the more interesting parts of the track
