Maradona never had such one breaking point. He was consistently good on football pitch and consistently awful outside of it.

      Mats Hummels spent 9 years at BvB where he was only named a BvB captain for ONE YEAR. which means, only last year, after Kehl left. Hummels won everything with BvB and was runner up in UCL final, served 8-9 years for BvB you must be grateful to him for serving for so many years. Respect and being grateful are two things the BvB fans don't have them in their dictionary

      I'll never like Barcelona for what they did with Cesc. Pique is probably the shittiest player ever. They urged cesc to join Barcelona, even making him wear a Barca shirt during their times at Spain. As he thought he was wanted now by his hometown club, he moved back to his land (perhaps with a lot of disrespect to Arsenal fans after forcing the move) but everyone loves their hometown so there's a bit of pity for him. When he went to Barca, he was constantly benched and booed by the fuckers over there. The fuck they trying to do with him, guy was brilliant for us. He'd have probably been our legend if he'd have stayed with us till now through thick and thins. Fucking asshole crap shit of Barcelona. probably the shitiest club in world football

    • @andyangchannel
      @andyangchannel Před 7 lety

      +1998 oais Tell me something Fabregas did for Barcelona? Xavi and Iniesta overrated? Then how come they won so much trophies for Spain and Barcelona? If you think you know better than Del Bosque, Guardiola and Martino would all know that Fabregas is nowhere better than Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets and Xabi Alonso. Fabregas is a good passer but nowhere better than any of them. The only thing he beats them in is pace. Have you seen how his performance declined from start to end of season? He disappeared against Chelsea in 2012 where he missed 5 chances and Barcelona lost by a goal, disappeared against Bayern when Xavi was absent and Barcelona suffered their worst loss in years. Against Atletico Madrid in 2014? Disappeared and failed to finish clear cut chances and Barcelona lost. He can't control the midfield like Xavi and Busquets. Wenger wanted him back but guess what? He wanted a higher wage and Wenger said no. And being his greedy self, he accepted rivals who was coached by his former rival Mourinho.

    • @andyangchannel
      @andyangchannel Před 7 lety

      +1998 oais and I do not see what is wrong with Barcelona wanting their talent back. Dortmund sold Gotze to Bayern and bought him back, Hummels was released to Dortmund and Bayern pursued him to return. Morata left and Real pestered Juventus till they agreed to let him go. Long ago, Fabregas wanyed to return to Barcelona but Wenger said no but guess what, he made a transfer request and was finally allowed to leave. His reason? His love for Spanish football and his long term friendship with Pique. Now he disappointed the club. EPL took him back and he shined for a season. But guess what Barcelona and Real Madrid are not a club for you to come and try your luck, you fail you leave. Real Madrid has sold their young talents like Negredo, Mata, Albiol, Callejon, Juanfran, Adan, Lopez, Adrian etc. Barcelona is no different. If Cesc had done well he would be able to stay and that is as easy as that.

    • @pepsiipep7842
      @pepsiipep7842 Před 7 lety

      +1998 oais Are you stupid?? He was never near talent of Xavi and Iniesta. They need consistent players for their midfield, not some punks who have a good performance and then 5 bad performances. As far as I know he never got a chance in Spain team too because guess what? Xavi and Iniesta were picked before him. And don't tell me everyone is a fanboy and don't see his true talent. And wasn't it that Ronaldo was getting booed too? Their best player. And he won more trophies at Barca and Chelsea then he would ever get in arsenal. You Arsenal fans are so deluded.

    Quite surprised Rooney isn't on this list. It takes a special player to be hated by almost everyone when you're not only about to become Man United's record all time goalscorer, but also England's current record all time goalscorer.. Somehow that man has managed to completely ruin his entire legacy whilst still actively playing at one club, and also breaking national records. That's special.

    Why is fabregas on this shit, he left Arsenal to create his legacy, if he stayed at Arsenal, he wouldn't hardly have any legacy when his career is over, he made the right move, won most of the major trophies and made a lot of money, what more do u want him to do. Also, it is basically impossible to be a legend at Barca so there is no shame in not achieving that status because Barca have Xaxi, Inesta, Messi, Puyol, etc, those players basically grew up at Barca. Owen shouldn't be on the list either, lol.

    Hoeness did not only fail his legacy after his carreer. When he injured his knee, he didn't want to stop playing soccer. Bayern didn't want to give him another contract as they knew he would never be at 100% again. So he decided to switch teams. After Hamburg denied him a contract as he refused to allow them to check on his knee, he got a contract in Nürnberg - and things didn't went well. He played only some matches, never was able to help the team with his performances and lead the team to be moved to 2nd league. Then he finally realiced that he had to end his active carreer.

      Arriving to the finals 3 times in a row means he can do it for Argentina, plus it's obvious that he is the best player at Barcelona, how can one be average if he surpasses Suarez and Iniesta? The rest is probably true though, he shouldn't have left Argentina and come back but hey so did Aguero and Mascherano. No excuse for tax dodging

    Franz Beckenbauer should not be on this list. He is not a big shot at Fifa, he merely headed the 2006 WC organizing comittee. He was reprimanded by Fifa Ethics committee, but only because he refused to answer legal questions in English, he wanted to be questioned in german, because he wanted to be sure to fully understand everything. even the Fifa ethics committee shortly after that backtracked. Though he was investigated and his office was searched, nothing was found that would implicate him in wrongdoing. This video implies he was found guilty of something, which is not the case. Basicly, he was under investigation (like many of Fifa associated people), and because he was famous that he was being looked into was on the news. So far, that was is. People looked into him and found nothing. Doesn't really warrant the label he is given here: ruination of his legacy.

    I'm an Arsenal fan.
    n.1 Wenger did not "ship out" Vieira to make space for Fabregas, Fabregas did not replace Vieira in the team, Gilberto Silva did. He also did not ship out Vieira, he just couldn't be bothered to spend another summer persuading him not to leave, which he'd been doing for the past 2 seasons before. Fabregas actually stepped into the gap left by Ray Parlour.
    n.2 Fabregas never "went on strike" to force a move. He always said when he left Arsenal it would be for Barca, Barca were interested, he left, it's fair enough. When he came back to england he gave Arsenal first option, and Wenger said no thanks.
    n.3 While I hope Fabregas has ruined his legacy, while he is still in a Chelsea shirt, because f them, you can't say he has because his career is not over. He has played well for Chelsea and helped them to a league title and could do again. He could move elsewhere and regain his form.

    Great list Pat, but saying that Fabregas' ruined his career is a bit much. I don't think you can judge a player's legacy until they've retired. Maybe he just didn't want to keep playing under Arsene Wenger. He hasn't reached the heights people expected but he's still got quite a few good years left in him. Who knows what he could do for his club(s) and for Spain too.

    Honestly, if any Arsenal fan feels a grudge towards Fabregas, it wouldn't be justified. I don't blame him for wanting to return to Barca, after all, it's the place he grew up. I think he should have been let off a bit more than he was. Also, the man wanted, and tried, to return to Arsenal, but Wenger, rightly so, didn't think there was room for him in the team. So, he opted to join Chelsea. Yes, he could have gone elsewhere, but maybe he wanted to return to London? I honestly have no hard feelings towards him.

      85 millions plus for Pogba is a Bargain, fuck no. Zlatan was always gonna be free and he wanted to come to Man U, it was an easy deal, a no brainer deal, love Zlatan but at 35 years old, he ain't worth 30 million Euros price tag, his wage is worth it though, they can give him 25,0000-300,000 a week if they want, that is money well spent. I think he is on 220000-230,000 a week. I hope he stays for at least 2 seasons.

      He would never get the same chance at Barca as he did at Arsenal. The managers trust is worth gold for any young player and Wenger believed in him like no other. Made him a better player than any other manager has managed to do. His best years were at arsenal that was his peak.

      TheBaconPig Not really. The English coaches are terrible at grooming young players. La Masia is the best place to be coached that developed Messi Xavi and co. Besides, English players lack skills and technique. The culture of football over there is pretty much physical and they lack genuine intellect. Barcelona is the best club in the world. He should have sticked with the very best. He had huge potential. He could have been the next Xavi. He wasted it.
