It's a song about loyalty. The woman says that she'll be loyal to him but he states that he won't be loyal to her. His loyalty is the his friends, the rest of the band members and unknown to the woman, he's covered all eventualities by taking a gun with him to meet the guys but also leaving a bomb in the bag that he leaves in the car with her. The burning man scene is a scenario that she's imagining rather than what's actually happening in the barn. The end is momentarily shown at the start of the video and the rest is an explanation of how it came to be.
