Just bought one , Hoping I don't regret it
It's a pretty good speaker with great battery life I'm mad about the fact that you can't pair it to another one like I can my all-tech Lansing Baby Boom XL that one is also waterproof and a lot cheaper I got one for 20 bucks and I got the second one for 15 not too long ago and I have them both paired and they're awesome and have a louder base but the JBL is still cool but if you want something cheaper or you want a pair you're better off with the Altec Lansing Baby Boom XL you can get two of them for the price of this one and the sound quality is almost the same if not better I also think they should have used a USBC instead of the old USB connection it sucks those USB connectors wear out they only go in one way USBC is the way to go

I have the JBL CLIP4 and I love it. I decided to purchase the JBL CLIP3 yesterday as well from Amazon. I wanted to get a CLIP3 for my collection before they all disappear. I know that the JBL CLIP4 sounds much better but I'm sure that I will love the CLIP3 as well. It's being delivered today Friday February 18th 2022. I come back here and let you know how I like it.
which one you liked better 3 or 4 and sound?
@wolfpacak47 I like them both equally. The 4 definitely sounds better but the 3 has great speaker phone ability. Either one that you decide to purchase you will be very happy with it.

red light is on it if its battrry is empty or if its charging try full chargning it just leave it on the charger for 3 hours and if that doest work maybe the battery is broken

Mine wont connevt to anything
Ive used mine about 10 times in 4 months. Now it wont charge or reset. Marketing ahead of the tech? Problem occurred after I let it run down lower than I normally had. Add up all the time and videos that people have spent on trying to reset this speaker.....rats.
Mine always sounded crap at any volume above a wisper. A complete waste of time.

Got mine for ten dollars so I can’t complain. I do think jbl portable speakers are insanely overrated, they don’t sound nowhere near as nice as Sony or Bose speakers in the same price range.
the base is kinda lacking
Compared to other bigger speakers, this one being small, does pretty damn good. Only issue I had was the speaker face falling off so I superglued it.
Well if you want something with base you need bigger size of speakers, for me it has perfect size of base it’s not overwhelming it’s more balanced and clean, specially for podcasts vocal is amazing
