i understand he is dangerous and should be kept away from other prisoners but he had a rough past and I too agree he should be living more comfortably. His abuse as a child was enough, please don't be more cruel

At least give him a mattress and blankets. And some contact with others. Even if it is prison guards for an hour or two a couple of times a day. After 50 years he would have very little strength left. As you say he had a rough childhood.

They exaggerated the glass cell. It is a cell with a airlock and in the airlock is his cell door with a food hatch that has a perspex box around it that’s where his food is delivered so he can’t assault screws/staff when they feed him I know this because I spent 3 years in the same type of cell. There is no such thing as a perspex cell.
