Rick was very smart...I guarantee he was smart enough to know to give the cops just enough to strike a great deal, but not everything that would completely screw him in the end. He earned $1,000,000/week in his smuggling and the authorities only recovered $21,000,000? Yeah he has enough money stashed away to fly to a deserted island, retire, and live a VERY luxurious life. I know that s what I would do.

@@RobbersIQ There is absolutely no way. I'm not arguing what he did or modified. A cessna 310's gross weight is 4600 pounds and about 100 gallons of fuel. 2000 gallons of fuel would be 12,000 pounds. Just fuel. That's more than some airliners take. You're not going to modify that Cessna to carry 3 times the weight. Your fuel capacity is off. Maybe 200 gallons.

@@georgehitlipp8859 Okay, I'll try keep this simple. A Cessna 310 will burn 25ish gallons an hour stock. Hopped up or bigger engines, okay, say maybe 30 gallons an hour. 2000 gallons puts that at 66.6 hours of fuel. At 200mph AVERAGE that's 13,320 miles worth of fuel. Or in other terms half way around the world. It's quite literally impossible. Lol it could never carry that much fuel even if the cabin was full of fuel too, to the brim. Then this guy wants to say 6000 gallons?! Get real. As if he would need enough fuel to fly 1.5 times around the world.

Back in the ear!y 1980's a coworker recommend a dentist to me. Guy rented a so so older office in Philly and I thought charged too much. Never saw many people going there. His name was Larry Lavin and he smuggled over a 100 pounds of cocaine a month. While at on parole he hid out in Virginia Beach for 3 years. He only got NJ off with a 20 year jail sentence. Luckily all big drug dealers either get caught or murdered by their competitors.
