It reminds me when Pope John Paul did the Eucharist procession and it hadn't been done in 100 years and that was in the Vatican. The other priests told them no one will come and Pope John Paul II said I will come and had to say that twice to them. Many came to follow Jesus in the procession. Jesus said Do not be afraid and this is exactly what Pope John Paul II did. 🙂🙏

NYC used to be a very Catholic city. Although the secular world really pushes hard, the roots of the city I was born in are still there. I wish I had known as I would have ventured over the bridge to St. Patrick’s. 🕊
