Jeep TJ broken shock mount bolts

I have a 2004 Jeep TJ with about 180,000 miles on it, bought it last year in March. Had it for about a year been working on multiple upgrades. Noticed my rear shocks were kind of bubbled up and one appeared to be leaking, so I decided to put some temporary cheap shocks on it until I can finish my upgraded 1 ton axles, on 40’s and coil overs.

I later upgraded my shocks to Rancho RS5000X for my trip to Moab... much better shocks.

I'm going through this battle right now with my 2005 LJ. On the four rear shock top bolts, the score right now is 1 out, 1 broke off and 2 with rounded off heads. I managed to get one shock off by prying and wiggling the shock mount out from under the rounded off bolt head. Today is try to do the same with the other side. Fun and games in Jeep World.

Nothing like a 30 minute job turning into a 3-4 hour battle of wills... that's for sure.
